I have severe hearing loss and most audiologists were unable to prescribe the hearing aid that worked for me. 10 years back, I was randomly assigned to Deepak in a public hospital, and with few testings he fitted me with the Phonak hearing aids that best suited me. Since than he is with me in my journey. Deepak is very professional, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He is patient, listen to issue and resolves them regardless. The follow- up appointments were always convenient, and best adjusted to my feasibility. In my experience, the best after sale services. I bought a pair of hearing aid from them for my Mom. The product has been good and working well for mom. She had tried many hearing aids, all of which are uncomfortable, costly and she was still not able to hear well. The recent pair of audio aids from D&S Audiology seems to work very well for her. Sen Kee was very attentive throughout the consultation and was able to provide professional advice on what will fits my mom's needs. He also took the trouble to bring my mom to a noise place (some distance away from his office) to test out the product before we commit to buying. The price is reasonable and product is good. I would definitely recommend them to folks who needs some help with hearing issues.

He was the audiologist who attended to me and he was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Recently, my aunt got her hearing aids upgraded to a new CI processor (Marvel), which is quite amazing compared to previous model, in terms of technological improvement and new features. My aunt said she felt like she got back her original ear with new CI processor. We got attended by Mr Deepak, who has been her audiologist for about 7 years. He is a very experienced and very patient professional. He always listens very attentively to her needs. I would strongly recommend D&S Audio!
