J. L.Tucked away at the corner in a row of shops & HDB. One of the approved paediatric Pfizer vaccines clinics. Three rows of plastic chairs place outside under the shade for waiting patients. Dr Is friendly and clinic is small (2 consultation rooms) but clean & neat. Overall, good customer experience.
F. W.Operate till quite late, if got any covid symptoms then need to do ART immediately. Consultation got subsidy if is PR or local. Doctor quite detailed and polite. Receptionist also quite helpful, they will help to measure blood pressure and temperature before seeing doctor. I was wonder yesterday why I need to be waited more than 20 min but then only realised they will monitor the ART test did in the consultation room and update to MOH. So, just wait for Receptionist to call you for your turn, do reserve some time to wait for ART result.
A. L.My 8yo daughter had a fall on 25/10/23 and suffered abrasions on her knee post fall. The abrasion worsened with pus discharge and rashes around the wound. Went to see Heartland Health circuit road on 30/10/23 7.30pm. Although the wait was slightly long (40mins), it’s understandable as there were 4 patients ahead of us. The lady Doctor was very patient and gentle with my daughter, and listened patiently to our concerns and explanations. And helped us to write a memo so that we can claim PA. Till today 3/11/2023 my daughter’s wound is healing very well and there are no more itch and rashes. The admin staffs that night was very friendly and approachable as well. All in all, a very good experience with this clinic. Definitely recommend anyone who lives nearby to visit them if you are not feeling well. Keep up the great work and attitude. Very much appreciate their professionalism.
A. T.My friend had 2 doses of Sinovac taken at the Bukit Batok branch, 2nd dose was end July. He had been using the vaccination card given to him since and his trace together kept showing vaccination in progress. I called Amelia last night at 840pm at this Circuit Road branch and she was so helpful to help him update in the system. Great service much appreciated during times like these!
