Dr. Wong is really polite and kind. He treats everyone equally and doesn't judge people based on their status. I've recommended Dr. Wong to many friends for gynecological matters, and they've all shared positive feedback about him and his maternity packages. He has successfully helped couples who struggled with conception achieve pregnancy. Recently, one of my colleagues needed gynecological services, and I once again recommended Dr. Wong. To my surprise, she found negative online reviews about him. This was unexpected since I had never checked reviews before. Nevertheless, I continue to hold the opinion that he remains the top gynecologist in Singapore. My personal experience with Dr. Wong has been exceptional. Despite facing difficulties conceiving and spending over a year with renowned doctors in expensive hospitals trying various treatments, it was only when I consulted Dr. Wong during an annual check-up that he discovered a cyst through ultrasound. He promptly performed an operation to remove it, and within a few months, I became pregnant. I'm left wondering why my previous doctor didn't catch this issue. Reflecting on it, I'm truly thankful for Dr. Wong's expertise, as he's the reason my husband and I are now parents. His courteous and thorough approach, combined with consistent medical fees that don't discriminate based on financial background or insurance, truly distinguish him. I agree that there were complaints about the front desk nurse's attitude. Maybe things have improved with new staff, as I haven't been there for a long time.

We visited Dr Don Wong after around wife’s 8 weeks pregnancy, so far clinic staffs and Dr Don Wong showed their professionalism. From 8 weeks pregnancy until my daughter delivered on 20/3/2023. I appreciate Dr Don Wong’s help and his professional advice during delivery process. Strongly recommend to mother-to be.

I don't know about others, but as a patient of Dr.Don I felt really lucky. He is so kind and gentle in every way. And the most important thing is he listens to you! And he would make recommenddations after carefully listening to all your symptoms and concerns. The front desk will also remind the patient that if you are seeing a male or female doctor again before you meet the actual doctor. I understand some people may think the front desk never smiles or warmly greet you, but it's understandable. Afterall they need to do all stuff all the time without resting and wear mask all the time. As long as the doctor can assure you what is happening or not happening then that's the ultimate goal.
