Did my annual Health Screening at Thomson Medical @ Paragon. Dr Melissa Chan was very patient and thorough in her explanation.. Nurse Nina was friendly and made a point to explain the tests. All in all a very good experience.

Doctor and staff seems nice, but counter staff seems either complacent or very absent-minded, can be unclear about the package they explaining, forget what we told them on appointments often. Even gave us wrong package/price and doctor info 2-3 times already. Hope their manager can train them better as we as patients are paying a premium for private healthcare for a reason. It is worrying for us, we can't be reminding the staff about medications during labour?!

It takes such long time to finish health screening. I am not sure if the overall process can be improved that it can be done in 3 hours. I came at 7:30am this morning. I found I am the last one in the center and at this moment I am still waiting to settle payment.

The location is great at Paragon Medical Center, I came here for my annual medical check up and they do provide extensive health check up for both man and ladies all within their premises. The doctor can be a little pushy on asking you to go for an extensive heart scan before the medical check is done.

My health screening with Thomson Welth was smooth and efficient. Their systematic approach was reassuring and remove much stress on the patient. The entire process took longer (3 hours) than I expected, mainly because the higher number of patients. Post screening doctor review was excellent with Dr Penny. She spent 30 minutes to explain each details, and suggested recommendations that are only essential. She gave an arsenal of referrals, memo and prescription even though I am only considering the recommendations. It is good to have them in case I decided to use them later. The clinic environment was clean, bright and friendly. Perhaps adding a water dispenser would be nice since one could spend a long time there. Otherwise, it is a great place to check your health

It was my first experience dealing with Thomson Wellth Clinic at Paragon and it was indeed a very pleasant one even though the feeling of getting vaccinated due to covid seemed to be initially fraught with a lot of uncertainties. However, the staff had made it a lot more bearable as the entire process fr online registration of interest, to arranging for the appointment, actual day registration, down to the final stage of payment was a breeze! All the staff were very polite & helpful, and the nurse who was administering the vaccine on me was very professional and reassuring: she had been very thorough in explaining salient aspects of the vaccine such as the possible side effects and the do’s and don’ts, etc. The staff who acted as the time keeper for monitoring patients after they have taken their vaccine, was also very kind to reiterate what the vaccine nurses had informed us earlier and I deeply appreciate the reminders she has given out to me. I would highly recommend Thomson wellth clinic to other patients as they have indeed live up to their reputation of being a trusted choice with a wealth of medical experiences! Clinic ambiance was soothing, spacious and very bright but not overly “clinically white”. It was also scented with a fragrance that has a feminine note to it. It has definitely defied the conventional standards of public clinics & hospitals. Please continue to keep up the marvellous effort!

This was my third visit to the clinic. Ms Mae was most helpful and polite and she went out of her way to help me get my Sinopharm vaccination done today as I could not make it for the scheduled appointment two weeks later. The entire experience was very pleasant and the soothing ambience of the clinic certainly helped to allay my anxiety. The nurse who administered the vaccination was friendly and gentle too. Highly recommend this gem of a clinic for their outstanding customer service.

I'm together with Thomson Wellth 10 years, from Novena medical center. For 2 years including this year, I was given sweet biscuits and 3in1 coffee after test & exam which requested fasting, it made me feel so disgusting after ate, don't wanna have it again next year. I missed the chicken porridge so much, missed sandwiches & coffee there, hopefully you will consider to provide it again as before.

Very professional registration and administration of the jab. The nurse explained very clearly and patiently. The only downside is that the 2 cubicles for vaccination were right next to each other and the loud talking in the other cubicle made it difficult to hear my nurse, who patiently repeated herself when requested. Maybe a more soundproof setup?

Doctor Sharon is very smart and nice. Luckily I met this doctor. The explanation was very detailed. I had previously seen 4 doctors. And all of them had very terrible diagnoses. They asked me for surgery immediately. And with Doctor Sharon, I explained in detail what my pain was. And it wasn't as scary as the previous doctor. It's very good for us women to come and meet Doctor Sharon.
