We have ordered Mitsubishi Sys3 fm All Best on 3 Oct 24. We were served by Pauline and were impressed by her knowledge on air-conditioning and her patient in answering all our questions. We requested an onsite survey before the installation and she was able to arrange it promptly. The installation was carried out on 8 Oct by 3 installers. They were very organised and carried out the work professionally. Not so messy and finished work ard 5 hours. Overall, we are happy with All Best and thank you Pauline and the installers for the kind support.

Just bought and installed. Reasonable pricing and happy with the whole experience from initial exploration, to paying up and the installation. No hard sell, easy communication, sharing info honestly and practical tips. Installation was well done.

We installed a Mitsubishi Starmex system 3 on 25/4/23. We noticed that the condenser was secured to the parapet with 4 simple screws instead of bolts. We are concerned as we are living on high floor. We shared this personally on 28/4/23 with Mr Cash (IMM), together with photos taken. He assured us that the screws are safe and sufficiently secure and we do not have to worry that the condenser will dislodge at any point. We are pleased with this assurance that there will not be any problem pertaining on this issue from All Best.
