3 stars for the female staff near iPhone booth. We checked the stock of the switch game with the staff named Abu, but he is not serving us well and just let us stand there and wait, at the end he just told me he don't know where the stock is kept... then we approach another staff there for the same matter and she managed to help us get the stock and we managed to get the games.

I had a good experience with the purchase of Electrolux vaccum mop from Edwin. He had very good product knowledge and was very patient with his sharing. I then made the purchase however I was really disappointed when I found out it was a faulty product after fixing it back home. My new fridge was promptly delivered today. The deliveryman told me that i can’t turn it on for the next 3 hrs to allow the gas to stabilise. This 1 tiny but CRITICAL piece of info was left out by Best Denki. So irresponsible. I now have to thaw all my food in the freezer. 😒

Hi BEST Denki - IMM, I like to Compliment Mr Jason Lin whom I have bought Fridge - Mar 24 with him & Washing machine -Sept 24 & TV -Nov 24 of Samsung from IMM Best Denki. As I tried calling Customer Service and left message for delivery and no return call. (I note is Xmas & NY of 24, so definitely Customer Service is very busy). I text Jason Lin who is so willing to help me to arrange the delivery service on 24 Dec 24( lucky the date & time also my request). I appreciate Mr Jason Lin such efficiency and his attitude towards myself of a Customer who have bought Best Denki Household and he still serve me after I bought from Best Denki. Thank you.
