I bought system 4 Midea aircon from Best Denki Junction 8 end/Feb 24. Ms Vani was patient and recommended based on my needs. 2 months into using the aircon, it started dripping water, I am sure is installation problem and tried contacting installer with no response. I whatsapp Ms Vani on her off day, she response and help me get in touch with installer to fix it. Ms Vani is definitely a super valuable Sales person.

He was very knowledgeable on the range of products and functionalities, and also gave us advice on usage and care. He was very helpful and patient in explaining and showing us how to dismantle and clean the parts . I am very impressive with his professional service and friendliness. I bought a rice cooker and a oven from the best Denki outlet in Bishan and was served by Edison. I was very unsure of what I need and did not do my homework before I went to the store. He was very patient, knowledgable and gave good recommendations based on my preferences. I visited other outlets in town cos I was also looking for other appliances. The staff were helpful too but not as proactive and knowledgeable in comparing the features between various models as Edison.

Bought a Zfold5 through the recommendation of Shu Qi and a Lenovo laptop through Vincent who patiently explained the functions and comparing various machine specifications to help me decide the model that best suits me. Both were knowledgeable in the IT products, very approachable and helpful too. Appreciate their patience in entering the e-vouchers numbers and printing the e-vouchers. There was camaraderie among the sales personnel as they readily help one another in the administrative works. 👍

I would like to.compliment one of your staff, Mdm Kim. She was very helpful and analytical. I bought a Samsung iPad S7FE few.days ago. When I charged it on e same day, it cannot charge properly. I brought it in the evening. The way Mdm Kim diagnosed the problem, very analytical,.first she suspected it was due to the cable, then she tested the adaptor. Finally she concluded it was due to cable and changed a new one for me. Good job with patience!

They could answer to all my questions and let me try out the 2 TVs I was interested to compare and choose from. Such a hands-on experience was not made possible at Courts and Harvey Norman at Ang Mo Kio. They are service oriented and provided me with reasons in their recommendation.
