Purchased a set of Sony ear piece on 21 Dec and couldn't pair them to my phone wirelessly. After trying numerous times at home and testing at Clementi Challenger and confirmed defective, was asked to bring the set to Sony service centre at Somerset as warranty by challenger is only valid for 7 days (I only opened the box on 30 Dec). Fortunately, met another staff, Jason, on the way out and he called up management to help with the exchange. Thanks for his help and providing that human touch instead of just implementing rigid company policy.

Place for techies with a wide range of " plug and play"accessories and digital devices for the average consumer under one roof. Home & Small office servers at an affordable price. Have been a loyal customer since Challenger's 1st outlet. Regular sales promotions and additional discounts with their membership program. Browse around and you probably find something to bring home.

Staff alway busy with other people even they are attending to u they have to many customers not enough staff they don't have any phone to call the store as somtime you need to find the staff that serve you have to go down to the store again if he is not in because other staff may not tthe product well to help you

Has a good variety of products here. The store manager would even call up other stores to quickly deliver products from nearby outlets if what you want in the current outlet. Very good service. Join their membership for good discounts

Definitely one of the best outlets in Singapore. Staffs are willing to serve and attentive. Went on a Saturday night, was very crowded yet they served me patiently. Big thank you to Ms Sze Kee and Mr Jason Tio. Keep up the good work!

Expensive, better go online n buy, price differences is significant. Can they do like an ABC store kind of pricing??

A easy place to get necessary IT products, accessories, refills, inks, toners if you don't want the hassle of visiting Sim Lim Square and haggling prices there. Certainly will not be the cheapest to purchase here, however, what you are getting is 100% genuine. Challenger is a listed company, it will be a major fiasco if the product turned out to be counterfeit. Buy with confidence.
