I appreciate the service especially to Mr. Daniel for helping me with my purchase. Although he is not the first person that I approached when I came to the store as his colleague were not available at that moment, he is very cordial and polite in entertaining me. I came back to the store as there was some technicality with my microsoft installation and I could not activate it. Eventhough Daniel is off duty, he really came back to the store and helped me with my laptop. Also big thanks to Mr. Sufian for his helping hands. Both of them are very patient. Highly recommended for these two guys. If you happen to come to this store, please look for them😊

Delivery of my items was prompt and Scott the delivery staff was very professional and courteous and helpful. He did a great job and took care of the items very well. Product specialist Joyce Liew was also very helpful from beginning to end and she spared no effort to give a great experience to me for the shopping and delivery at Courts. Went down to courts to have a look at potential appliances and TV that i am considering. Always heard that sometimes not only in courts, but also in other shops like HN, AH, the sales person can be quite pushy and trail you around the shop. I honestly do not like such service, i prefer to have someone around when i need but no need them to follow me around. So while searching for TVs, i met this staff named Klay which he introduced himself. I told him my requirements which consist of quite a variety of items. I was pleasantly surprised at his wealth of knowledge on so many different appliances from ovens, fridges, washing machines, TVs and soundbars. He also advised on potential discounts and best deals to get the stuff i needed. He has set an exemplary conduct on how a sales staff should be, professional in knowledge, respectful of a customer's personal space and useful advice on store promos and best deals. Who wouldn't want such a service. He even helped me weigh my options and give me time to consider without any pushy attitudes. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me, i made an eventual purchase after my 3rd visit to the store with him!

Purchased my humidifier 2days back. when back to do an exchange due to faulty. A guy name Sufian that I think is a manager. Help me through out, changed me a new set and teaches me how to use it step by step till I understand everything.. nice guy after all.. thumbs up for him for good service..

Went on a Friday. Salesman Daniel Chong was helpful and patient in answering my questions. He took a lot of time to explain the different models of Iphone and Ipad features to me. I felt confident when making a decision now and know what model i should go for it on those apple products. Staffs are knowledgeable and customer centric and also service was great. overall experience in shopping was a decent one.

One of the most amazing shopping experience! I entered the store and was greeted by one of the sales rep, Nadia. She was very friendly and asked what I was looking for. Nadia then supported me by introducing various model of monitors available. As the model of monitor I was looking for, wasn't available in the orchard store. Nadia went the extra mile, in searching up the store inventory, and reserved a monitor at the Bukit Timah branch for me to pick up later. Exceptional service and what a great experience! Kala from Courts Orchard is very patient and gives good advice. I went to the shop 4-5 times before buying the Dyson V11 and Philips Turbo XXL air fryer. I wanted to buy another cheaper brand but Kala advised that Philips air fryer gives the best results and after doing research she is correct.

Had a really great experience at Courts in Orchard road, especially the Television department! Toh did a very good job in his product knowledge. He explained it very well and even spend time to teach me on its usage and features. The in-charge, Arnold gave me a good deal! I end out buying a 55" OLED TV instead of a regular 49 inches TV.

Nice discounts keep running there but don't forget to do your homework and check prices at other options too.Range of furniture and mattress with all bedding requisites is also a speciality of Courts

Purchased a trimmer. Took 12min to choose one with the help of the staff. Do check the product feature by yourself before making the payment. The place is big and quite confusing to locate items.

When there to get a Google Pixel 4, staff was super friendly! The building doesn't have a working aircon.
