Urgently needed a charger for my laptop. Googled online and found Electronics Crazy. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try since it indicated that I can get the items delivered in 2-3hrs. Contacted the team via whatsapp and they responded quite immediately after their opening hours. The team was very helpful over whatsapp but as I was unsure if the charger will be compatible to mine, they recommended that I go down to try it out. Went down to Jalan Pemimpin and was taken aback back the storefront but the store manager went all out to help with my request. Don't judge a book by its cover. Electronics Crazy gave me the impression that they take their work seriously and are very responsible in fulfilling the needs of the customer to their best ability. I am not sure if the pricing is comparable or steeper than other suppliers/ online platform, but I appreciate the prompt responses and I believe they have ready stock for many of the electronic supplies. Am really surprised that the store manager managed to whip out a brand new HP laptop charger (when I thought it was a gone case).

After years of service, my old Asus laptop charger's wire finally broke off. Most will know that getting an exact replacement for old equipment is near impossible. I ordered a Crucial 16GB RAM to install on my laptop. I was told through a phone call that the order can be delivered on the same day if I it was done by 3pm. The website showed the item was in stock and this was confirmed by the seller over the phone. I made the order before 3pm and was informed after that the my order cannot be delivered on the same day as the item was part of their vendor stock. The company informed me that it could be delivered the next day by 5 pm. I found this unacceptable as the company made the assurance that the same day delivery was possible. The customer service staff who contacted me was very helpful and in the end the company delivered the RAM that evening (same day). That enabled me to update the memory for my laptop. I gave four stars because the company made good on their promise after I insisted. My final conclusion is even though the company did not meet their obligation initially, they did in the end rectify the issue, based on what they promised the customer.
