Fujioh my number one choice so far no doubt. As I had been using their hob & hood for around 8years previously when I move into my bto unit end 2016. But recently cause of wear and tear and it's already nearly 8 years old, I decided to contact them back directly to exchange a new hob. Karen from the head office attended to me , give me great advice and recommend me the very best one within my budget. Delivery and installation was done on 7th Aug by KJ Wong who did a great job and well communicate towards the usage of new hob. I am impressed with their service and had recommend to some of my friends to Fujioh. Kudos to team Fujioh. Thank you so much.
Ivan was really very informative and helpful in explaining the hood and hobs and recommendations us based on our needs. No upselling, no pressure and was a very informative and friendly chat! And we have decided on what we want! Thank you so much :)

I bought a Fujioh 5035 SVSS 3 months ago and the burner on the left got choked eventually. I then went to the showroom and spoke to this lady, called Karen. After having to explain to Karen my problem. She sent the technician to my house to check the burner. I am very pleased with her After Sale Service. Thank you Karen for being so helpful and efficient at work. Keep it up👍
Went down to the showroom to enquire about hood + hob for my new place and was served by Karen, she was patient in explaining the differences between each model and has never once been arrogant about their product superiority, I like the upfront sharing and no pressure conversation we had! It was very genuine as she even chased after us to pass us the brochures so we could refer to them easily when we were shopping around, thank you so much!
Very helpful customer service. Helped to troubleshoot my hob problem through whatsapp and phonecall promptly. Ivan advised exactly where to clean to resolve the issue. Quite impressed by how they willingly offer advice to resolve the issue for free! Other company would probably push for servicing or change sparepart, but they encouraged me to clean myself so i dont need to pay
I was blessed to have the kind assistance of Karen.. who was very acknowlegeable and patient in recommending me their latest products via WA!
I had more questions and comparisons but she was able to address my concerns promptly and provided me the confidence of my choice.
She was also proactive in helping me source for promotions with their vendors.
I feel i lucked out with her help!

Made a call to the service centre. Karen who took my call was very helpful and resourceful. She requested to see photos of my hob and check with the tech dept. It turns out we misplaced the metal plates which caused the fault. If we had based on standard answers, I would have paid a dear fee. Thanks Karen!
Good customer service!! Help to resolved my stove in few minutes, short video clip is provided if customer like me kanchiong and can't wait for technician to come. Really helpful!

I had a Stove fault and contacted Fujioh helpline. Their service were superb! Patient and professional throughout. They even send video to help explain how to fix the fault. Kudos to Karen and her colleague. No regrets choosing Fujioh as my 1st choice.
We went to the office showroom and was assisted by a really lovely lady called Karen. She was so helpful in addressing all our queries and knowledgeable about the products the company carries. What we especially appreciate is the fact that she doesn’t upsell or try to push for sales but rather to see what cater best to our needs. She was proactive and even took the liberty to do a demo on all the diff types of hood & how to assemble and clean them. We truly appreciate her time, effort & exceptional service. Thank you!
Karen has been very helpful , and follow up my order closely ( I usually have a busy schedule and always forget after one or two days ) she will constantly follow up with me and provide me lots of neccessary information and understand my needs . This has actually speed up my decision and ease my mind.

Wonderful customer service. I called the first number I saw on the website. My gas hob both burners have issues with no fire thou my gas cylinder was still full. Only one burner. Originally could only schedule the tech to come on Thursday, but I had to ask if they could help out urgently as I was WFH only on Monday and Tuesday. My elderly mum may not be able to explain the situation. My goodness the Customer Service lady Karen, went the extra mile to squeeze a slot immediately on the same day. SO grateful for the team to accommodate thou I know their schedule was packed (the tech came and I saw the list of appointments he had). The tech came and was so polite and explain to my mum on what needs to be done in the future for such cases. Kudos and I won't hesitate to purchase items from Fujioh next.
Excellent service with genuine intention to provide solutions. I first contacted their hotline in April to ask them which cooker hob can fit my current stove top. My contractor had done it in an uncommon dimension that did not seem to fit any of the available hobs. Most other shops brushed me off with generic answers that didn’t address my stove top dimensions. Only Fujioh store at Ubi took the effort to listen and try to understand. In the end the solution they provided fit my stove top well. I am very appreciative of their service and definitely recommend going to them.

I have moved house 3 times & each time we will use FUJIOH cooker & hood. My children also uses the same brand in their own home. I recently had issues with the Inner Cap & Decorative Cover of my 2 burners due to ageing & heavy use. They supplied me with the parts & also gave useful advice on caring for the burners, going forward. I am totally impressed with the prompt & friendly service - thanks again, guys
Delivery by the team was superb. Especially Eddy who was helpful, patient and proactive with extra mile to meet my schedule difficulties. Hence, an overall positive experience.
However the customer service via phone call has room for improvements. Information accuracy, timeliness of responses and proactiveness can be improved.
Nonetheless the issues were resolved eventually.

Mr Lim was very prompt and because of his experience, he could narrow in on the possible issues of the oven immediately. He also gave a good overview on how to maintain the oven based on my specific usage of grilling and baking which is very generous of him (and not general spiels often made by others). Firstly, thanks Ivan & Mr Wang (70+years old slim build uncle) for their awesome service. I got my stove last year & warranty was 2 months expired. Transportation & spare parts waived off completely. It lighten my burden bcos of recent retrenchment. Is no joke without holding a job.👍😚
I find their service pretty good the 3 times I needed to interact with the staff. The CS is not as bad as I expected after reading the reviews here. I can always contact them unlike another brand, Rxxxx. Maybe I was just lucky with my interaction with them.
Need to find a knowledgeable staff to help you. Called before heading there, guy on the phone said that we could bring our item there to check. Lady who greeted us when we reached insisted we needed the model number. Colleague behind took the sample we gave and found us the right one.

Mr john service was excellent, explained every question i asked and also let me understand more about hood and hob, his very patient and friendly.
Service Technician Uncle Lim was very patient in listening to our needs, test it out and fix the problem.
He also offered solutions for us to troubleshoot if it’s a recurred problem, before needing to call for servicing again.
While the problem might be a manufacture problem, Uncle Lim has been very professional and explains to us based on his experience.
