He advised me on the most value-for-money deal, Mitsubishi Starmex aircons for my new 4-room resale nearby. He was such lovely and humble man who was not pushy and didn’t even attempt to oversell to us (we unfortunately experienced this with a rotten apple at sungai kadut). He patiently explained to us what would be a good aircon BTU for specific room usage and tries to understand our needs. Overall, I highly recommend you to look for Derek for your aircon needs!

Went in to enquire bout aircon servicing and served by Mr Mickey, very patience and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Mainly sells as Aircon (system 1/2/3), inverter and non inverter. There's Casement Aircon too but they are only selling EuropAce brand. There's options to upgrade Aircon piping (e.g copper) and insulation. Basically the staffs understand Aircon products well. There's also standing fans and wall fans. There's no other appliances so this is more like a one stop query and buy Aircon shop. Gain city is reputable for Aircon servicing and sales. Personally I've engaged them mainly for their experience in air-conditioning installation and piping works. They are also able to advise on installation schedule on the spot.
