I’d like to compliment Alex Eng from Gain City for his fantastic service on Saturday. I was a bit lost while looking at TVs, but Alex approached me in a friendly and helpful manner, asking if I was looking for something specific. After understanding my needs, he recommended a Samsung TV since I already use Samsung products. What really impressed me was how Alex explained the added benefits of Samsung TVs, such as screen mirroring, controlling YouTube, and even using them as a laptop like screen with an HDMI cable. The information was incredibly insightful and left me feeling much more confident about my decision. When I went up to level 2 I was looking at a new storage heater . I asked Alex about storage heaters, and he took the time to explain them in great detail. He shared how the newer models feature more advanced designs and come with wifi feature that I can heat up my water beforehand , which was really helpful. I was impressed by how well Alex knew the product and his ability to explain it in a way that made sense to me.During our conversation, I also learned that Alex had been assisting a family with their BTO-related purchases,His ability to handle various customer needs with such patience and expertise shows just how valuable he is to Gain City.
