I ended up not buying anything but it was great to view the luxury watch in person. Ferd was very helpful. He's patient in answering all our questions, very cheerful and no-hard selling. He listened to what I needed and recommended it accordingly. Can't comment on the after service but pre-sales definitely hit the mark.
I recently visited the Huawei Store at 313 Somerset to check out a few watch collections. The staff were incredibly friendly, attending to me quickly and providing thorough information on the products.
They made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable with their professionalism and knowledge.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Huawei’s products!

KC the service technician called to confirm my requirements and proceeded to do the repairs requested other than doing the standard service requested at the time when the phone was submitted for repair. That is Going the Extra Mile Service(GEMS).
Kudos to him and Safa Atun for her lively personality at the service counter.
What can be improved is multi-tasking by the sales personnel who can double up at the service counter, especially when there is hardly anyone around to buy. Having 4 service counter and only 1 person attending is such a waste of manpower and such a long wait for those in the queue to be attended to.
I wish to personally thank Mr David Ng of Huawei Retail for his assistance on the new ipad i purchased recently. Really fortunate to meet such a patient and helpful retail assistant. I will recommend consumers looking to purchase any Huawei products to look for Mr Ng as he is really helpful. Thank you once again David Ng.
Their service is very good specially Ferd, he is patience and help me settled my new phone and matepad,friendly and helpful.
Hi,i will like to thank front line personel Sapa &Casey &the handphone drs who gave my hp a
body checkup,changed its battery.Remember that the centre is closed on wed thurs.Drop off yr phone for repair on fri if possible to have shorter waiting time.
Be prepared to paid for diagnostic check and backup the data before coming. Took more than an hour as I need to reset the matebook before submitting for diagnostic.
There is no information for the above from the customer service when I call in earlier.
I just had to give a shout out to the customer service agents - Albert (Hotline), Aaron Ho (@ 313 Somerset) - as well as the technician, Rain.
My phone just went bonkers last Friday evening without any warning whatsoever. Thanks to Albert for being patient and polite. He arranged for me to go see Aaron at the customer service center at 314 Somerset.
Aaron was able to immediately diagnose the issue. Together with Rain, they resolved the issue successfully within the evening.
Kudos to all 3 folks for their fast, efficient and polite service!!!
My mate 10 pro battery swell. Went replaced, they said need 3~5 days for replacement. No backup phone for me. And need to factory reset my phone. OMG...need to wipe everything in my phone for battery replacement! And need 3~5 days! But the staff are very polite and very helpful.
Ferd from sales team is awesome. I had my p50 pocket replaced at CS side but had help from Ferd with my phone cloning all the way till store closing. It's sad that the pocket is not performing as well as the mate series though. Hope to see more launches as good as mate 20 pro.
I get Huawei mate 20 pro last month but recently i get problem that the caller cannot hear my voice so that last week i brought in my phone for the service. Thanks for the customer services, i get back one day after that day. According to the customer service, this issues caused by gas in microphone ?
Anyway, I happily have used this phone, but after 3 days I faced same problems again but not always and then today bring in my phone here again. The customer service did the calling test using my phone and then simply told me, “the phone can work! “. Sorry to say, if it is fine to work , i should not be here. Hope to settle this problems.
Had to bring my handset back for analysis due to a series of issues encountered. As it was no longer available in SG, they needed to take it in for detailed analysis to determine what further actions to be taken. Unfortunately it was during the CNY period, and I'd to wait almost a month for them to revert to me. Having said, one of the senior CSRs was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assure me that he will personally followup on my case, which he did. I had a replacement handset sent from their HQ given to me after they've assessed the report submitted. Overall the service was satisfactory.
Went to have my freebuds lite checked as it was not working after only using it for a month. I received very good service from Phyllis. She checked and confirmed that my set was faulty and gave me a new one as replacement, all within 15 mins. Thanks Phyllis for your help.
Thank you very much 313huawei staff (amy), with her assistance, my mobile phone Huawei mate xs finally got the approval of Huawei headquarters in China, replaced a screen for me, although the time was a little longer, but still got reasonable help, replaced with this new screen, Huawei employees also told me to rest assured, this screen still has 3 months warranty period, thank you very much.
Hi, very satisfied with the good customer service by Aaron Ho at Somerset Huawei Service Centre. Patient and very understanding of customers' needs unlike some who simply follow the standard protocols and services not their prority. Defective Mate 9 repaired under warranty. Returned the next day after motherboard replacement. They even added a new screen protector.

Bought a new phone huawei p20 pro yesterday but unfortunately phone charge and unable to boot up.
Bring to service centre today. Waited for an hour to get my turn is totally worth it. Instead of repair for me, CS DANIEL has initiative and help me to request to exchange with a brand-new one and it's approved by his superior. Thumbs up for his working attitude and services ! Super duper good service. My GT 2 pro gt blue halo around frame and some white spots at the bottom. Checked and replaced new screen and motherboard within the same day
Fixed my phone on the same day. Probs go there when u have already backup your data and ready to send in. The frontdesk can't advise so needed to send to technician. I went on satur morning and only waited for 20mins.
Service was lightning fast compared to Westgate branch. (Granted, this was a normal weekend, not Huawei's service day.) Very thankful that I didn't need to return on another day to collect my repaired device.
Phyllis has displayed her most professional, outstanding help I could get, from her, her colleagues, transferring datas, relating to WhatsApp sim card from old phones, to new phones, 2 units, her patience with me getting Gmail accounts /passwords all settled in a most friendly way, from Albert Tham
Very good warranty service. My phone send here for repair volume button. Huawei technician also help replace new battery & screen protector.
The customer service officer there are very helpful.. Although the queue are alot but they are always so polite and so professional when helping..

Got my battery replaced under warranty in less then 2 hrs, go when they just open if you want to have the same experience as me.

Due to the epidemic, it is surrounded by a fence and requires registration at the entrance before entering! I registered at the entrance. I wanted to go in and ask some questions about Huawei mobile phones, but I was not allowed in. After the staff at the entrance conveyed my questions to the staff inside, I was not given a chance to enter. I even walked in to see them. No chance for staff! In the end, the mobile phone problem was not solved! A trip in vain! ! !
I really don’t recommend going in person!
The space inside can accommodate five or six customers without any problem. It is enough to maintain a distance of one meter, but they are not allowed to enter! When I went there, there were only one or two customers inside being served one-on-one! Not a single waiting customer was allowed in the entire venue! It seems that not every customer comes in! ! !
Due to the epidemic, it is difficult for us to make suggestions! But it feels like overkill! ! !
