The service staff at the counter is polite and helpful. I brought my P20pro to replace battery, as the phone still functions well after 4 years. I made an appointment first before going, didn't wait long. The battery replacement took about 2.5 hours, before I got my phone back. Thank you Huawei.

Less crowded during weekdays lunch and after work. Get my out of sudden black out screen replaced within 4 hours. Consider prompt and collection is a breeze, without need to take queue number. Please be reminded due to PDPA, all devices which send in for repair will be wiped off and factory reset. Ensure proper backup before sending in for repair.

Redemption of the TPG SIM card went smoothly without any hassle. Got my queue ticket, served in less than a minute. Next thing I knew, I collected my TPG SIM card in less than 15 minutes of waiting! Good job to the helpful staff for efficiency!

SuperB service, Never had such a great experience. I broke my P30 Pro's screen and they repaired it in 4 hours. Queue time is also fast (i waited around ~5 minutes). I was very interested in the Huawei book and offered to buy it, which then they told me it was not for sale but they gave it for free which was super nice. Something else super nice happened but i don't think i can share it here. The point is that i had the best customer service experience here then anywhere else. 🥰

Service is normal. But parts replacement cost on certain parts can be sky high. Was quoted $140 plus when enquiry about replacing my crack home button of Mate 10... the same price as the screen. Reason given was home button and screen come together... lol

5 star service in comparison to the retail store in Jems. Was looking for a second GT watch 2 for the wife when it launched and the guy immediately checked. Even though it was a waiting list, i didnt mind. At least i felt the staff did something! Compared to Jem...it was just a dont have stock and come back again. When? Dont know. Like that lor and back to his mobile game. Right. Like he will get his sale commission from me. JOKE! A week later, staff from westgate called to follow up (see the difference????) So well done to the people at westgate!

Had sent my phone for repair on Aug20. No queue. It was ready for collection it 2 hrs. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Positive experience.

Most of the models are quite attractive especially there is the latest model for lap tops, go to the show gallery there, the staffs are just so friendly as well !
