He stopped whatever he was doing and helped us rectify a problem in our iphone.
We were not there to buy anything and without any favour in return to him, he patiently understood our problem and manage to resolve the issue. He even help us confirm and recheck to make sure it was working well before we left the shop.
He was good in customer service and knowledgeable in iphone products. Generous in his help to customers and genuinely kind and thoughtful.
He is an asset to the team in istudio and I wish him the best. Keep up the good work.

He also recommended a protective case, screen protector, and the fast charging wall plug, since Apple doesn't include anymore⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

D.It's always better to purchase apple products from the Apple stores in Orchard or Marina Bay Sands. I remember buying an apple watch and later thought of returning it. The istudio staff was very uncooperative about the return but finally agreed to it.
