I went to this service center to repair my fan. They were also selling refurbished appliances. I bought a dehumidifier for only $30, Good value ! Thanks Hayley and Christine.
The motor of my Mitral fan spoiled after about three years and will be replaced for free due to the warranty. There was a service charge of $15, which I think is reasonable. Product is expected to be ready for collection after three working days. The service staff were attentive, helpful and polite, which is a breath of fresh air. The service centre also has plenty of products on display, including new and second-hand appliances at great discount.
Came from Boon Lay, to service my fan, with prompt email reply. No waiting time. On the spot service and repaired in 15mins. Under warranty. Very friendly staff and good environment.
We have this semi integrated hood from Mayer since 2022. This happened before and I had to call Mayer in 2022. So recently the hood has been shutting off after 40 seconds again and I forgot the steps to solve this issue. I procrastinated for a few months and after just a call to the after sales helped solved the problem. The lady on the line was friendly and patient. She explained the step to rectify the problem and give advice on how to avoid the same mistake in future. Thank you very much! I am a happy customer!

It was a very pleasant experience. All the service personnel are very friendly, prompt and effective. My fan was fixed in only 10mins. The staff tested the fan in my presence and make sure that everything is alright.
I was skeptical about how the service would be after my wall fan stopped working in less than a year but the customer service from picking up the phone to repairing in under 1 hour was fantastic. They knew about all their products and were able to recommend some new products to me too of which I purchased one. I’ll definitely buy more Mayer products knowing their customer service is top notch.

Went to Mayer service Centre to get my mistral fan fixed. Upon checking, I was told that it will take a few days for repairing. Karen, one of the Mayer staffs was so kind to offer swapping my faulty fan with the new display fan at no cost. It’s rare to come by such great service hence would like to give a shout out to Karen!

Went there to get my toaster oven fixed due to error code. The staffs were very friendly. Even though they couldn't find my e-warranty, they re-applied it for me. And they fixed the problem promptly. Didn't have to wait long.
Very helpful service from Ms Karen .. was looking for the spare part (timer knob) for my air fryer ard 1 month ago . They have no stock when I call them up and they will update me when is available and today I received a call from Karen which I did not expect. She say that the spare part I’m looking for is available and she even call me and tell me how to use the timer knob correctly. Thank you so much Karen for your service.

Would like to share my experience and compliment one of the staff by the name called Karen from one of the department which was transferred the call to me by the technical support. Im very lucky to have met her. She had gone the extra mile in getting the transport team to deliver my faulty Air Fryer which i just bought during 9.9 sales from shoppee and its less then 2 weeks and its spoilt.I told her the the incidents i faced and i text shoppee mayer marketing which getting me no reply. She can sense the urgency and also having the empathy of getting the old folks to bring down to the service centre.
Greatly appreciate your kind assistance and giving your outmost customer.
Overall, i'm giving 4 stars for the whole incident but to Karen i will give 5 stars.
Went to the Mayer service center at Ubi to get my standing fan repaired. Was served by a polite, courteous and very helpful lady called Huey Jing. The repair was completed quickly and I was done in less than 30 minutes. The place is clean and well organised. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
Brought my air fryer for repair at the service centre today and the experience was great. Hayley attended to us promptly and explained to us what was wrong with the airfyer clearly. After repair she advised us on how to maintain the appliance. Thank you!

I always like Mayer products. Trsustworthy for the items I use to date.
Prices also reasonable.
So when the airfryer failed me after a few use, i took it to the service center at 71ubi.
I called he shop online first and the staff told me to bring it over to the service center
I bought it as a spare more than a year ago.
They did it fast enough. It was just a knob change.
I did not know that once you start the cooking, you cannot turn back the knob even if food is ready. I was told i broke it.
Unlike other models, this feature was new to me.
They charged me $5 cos warranty over.
Even if it is only $5, it will be great if they waive it off cos i have no idea cannot turn it back. More for goodwill i had wished.
Just sharing, when i damaged my suface pro and was in USA, i walked into microsoft center, ask them if i can buy one and the staff just took one and give it to me. This is exceeding customer service! WoW!
For the feature , I think they should inform manufacturer to allow user to switch it off as and when we want it.
I just think it was poorly designed for this knob.
Other than this, the air fryer does a decent job.

Purchased a Mayer hob (MMGH793) from Audio house in earlier Sep 2023. Found the 3rd burner is faulty and with yellow flame on both other burners. Ms Su from Mayer had arranged for a 1-1 exchange of the faulty Mayer hob on 20 Sep 2023. Despite all the issues, i appreciated the professional customer service handling of both Audio House(Teddy Lim) and Mayer marketing department(Ms Su). Kudos to you all.!

Parking costs at Excalibur Center for 50 mins cost me $3.56, steep for that run down building n poor signage in the car park. Exit is very poorly designed, one slight error will have your car scratched by the wall. Hope I need not visit this terrible building again.
Beautiful experience visiting the showroom of Mayer to buy filter spare parts for the hood. They have the collaboration of Disney and Mayer appliances as well as appliances with prices for your budget and pocket. Their Staff are mostly friendly, courteous and helpful especially Miss HayLee. Showroom is alright though not as big as the defunct showroom at Aperia Mall. Staff are helpful and friendly. Current location is a little out of the way from public transport and canteen at the building is under renovation so, drinks are only available via vending machine operating using coins.

The redemption coupon I received from TCL expired for one day. When I called to inquire, the service staff said it was okay and I could still come over to pick up the air fryer. The service attitude was very friendly and helpful.
