Justin helped us to install the Philips EasyKey digital lock at home today. He was very professional, completed the job within the estimated 2 hours and cleaned up all the wood filings, leaving no mess (most appreciated!). The digital lock works well and is easy to maintain. Totally hassle free. Just have to change the alkaline batteries every 6 months. The lock looks amazing and thankfully we didn’t need to shave away the door design at all as it fit in perfectly (internal shaving of wood to fit the locking mechanism was done though).

Customer service Hanna, was courteous, helpful in resolving my issue. Due to extended engagement with customers before me, the technician had to pushed out, our agreed appointment to the afternoon. As i have to rush off, Hanna mitigated the situation and arranged for a Gateway replacement to be delivered instead. She shared the self setup/pairing manual. The self setup/pairing instructions was easy to follow. All is well. Door lock and Gateway working perfectly fine 👍!

Hanna was quick to response and dispatch someone to help me resolve my Digital Lock(5100K) for my metal gate. The digital lock though definitely has questionable quality. It started to malfunction after just 7mths since installation. It's an expensive lock and I expected the quality to match the price. Hock(the technician) was very professional and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the issue and remediate it. In addition to that he helped explain other issues that might cause the problem The issue somehow came back and Glenn came over very quickly to resolve it. He was quite meticulous in diagnosing the issue and quickly resolved it. The lock is working as good as new now. So far the after sales service has been great.

Yesterday, I contact Philips as I was facing some issue with the lock and Hanna had assisted me to schedule an appointment on 25 Apr Hock came down within the scheduled time and replaced our digital lock. He is quick and neat. He make sure that there’s no debris lying around before he leave. He also help me to setup the necessary things like pairing to the app, taught me to use the manual key, register of keys etc. He go through the tutorial and hands on session to make sure I understand on how to operate the lock.
