Bunch of great people stuck behind a brand that spoils a little too easily. Bringing my PowerPac products here to repair ain't the problem. It's easy to find, and you probably just need time and patience to get here. Uncles are super friendly, so you just pass the items off to them, and if possible, they'll fix it there and then. If not, you'll have to return another time to collect. Personally, if you've to return to collect your repaired goods, and you're not staying around the area, just forget it. Not worth the effort.

My family extensive support local brand power pac. Air fryer. Big capacity & heat evenly. Electric Hot Plate work well under constant use by 3 families over a year. Fridge. Value for money. A little down side, gather icing too fast. Wife love the food blender. Make her cooking easier. And finally today the vaccum i bought was light weight and suck dirt and hair well.

Air fryer stop working after 9 months but good thing service center just fix it without even looking at any purchase date proof or asking any questions. Hopefully it can work longer after being fixed.

Like to HIGHLY commend Ms Ho 🤩🤩, an Admin staff from Service Centre. Due to Covid, when we lost a small part from our Vacuum which more or less paralyzed it, we have been told to wait for stock to come in on several occassions, n t wait had been more than a year. After reading t poor reviews online for Powerpac services (i do understand that "satisfied" customers tends not to post reviews generally✌️✌️), i almost loose hope. But Ms Ho changed my mind on PowerPac Services completely!!! 😇😇She was innovative (verses those who follow t books blindly🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️) n HIGHLY efficient, resolved my year long problem in LESS THAN A DAY, in fact in HOURS, if u consider t normal working hours (called around 4:30pm on 5 Aug, resolved by 9:15am next day!!! ) BRAVO, BRAVO !!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👍Keep up the good work, make us PROUD of our Local SG Brand !!!🥳🥳 Thks Ms Ho, for making us feels important!!! 🥰🥰 P.S. i hv made several purchases from Powerpac in t past, So far, had been very satisfied with t quality, comparing apple to apple, I find them ABOVE VALUE for money! Repair shop of powerpac, a little hard to locate as its at the side slope of the multi story carpark. Has 6-8 workers to service & repair faulty items. If your item has not much major issues, probably able to get it done in an hr time.
