Y.Headed down to their showroom to look at the gate locks as it wasn’t available at other distributors - and was quickly sold by it as I just had to have the Lambo lock 😅
Sales person walked us through the locks and shared his contact for clarifications. Their backend team managing the WhatsApp chat also constantly followed up with us on getting the products.
🚪 Installation was prompt (1.5 hours) although there’s a lot of wood dust, so be prepared to clean the entire house after installation - they also enrol your fingerprints and passcode into the locks for starters
🔐 however, I came across the notification that the battery is low 2 weeks into the installation which I thought was too short lived for a battery life.. Have yet to change it as we wanted to see how long that would last.
As there is a group buy active for my estate, they also kindly extended the offer to us although we already bought this >6 months back - which we thought was a kind gesture.
Would definitely recommend based on my experience 👍🏻
m. _.The team took time to understand my needs and recommended the products that best fits my requirements. We decided on the K9 push pull lock and R6G gate lock. On the day of lock installation, the installer came on time and was patient in guiding us on how to set up pin and fingerprint on the locks. The installer also did area cleaning upon completion of the installation. We are very happy with the whole process and with our new locks which is life changing. Finally we can bid goodbye to manual keys.
