S.I would like to commend Mr. Wayne Lim for his outstanding service and knowledge. He explained the processes and procedures to my parents and me with exceptional patience and clarity.
T. W.Very nice, friendly and professional staff, they will make sure to address your concerns and work with you to improve your condition through a mix of chiropractic and wellness sessions. 1 month into the sessions my neck aches became less severe already.
S. F. L.Everything was smooth, pleasant and efficient. Staff was courteous, helpful and respectful, can speak Mandarin, and our queue number was called very punctually on time. Waiting area was spacious and quiet with sofas. Hope more other government offices could be like this branch.
M. Y.I used to have a stiff back and a sore neck but after going for a few sessions, my muscles no longer feel tense and my back feels so much lighter. The staff are also very friendly and approachable and they contribute to the overall great experience there. Highly recommended!

C. C.Natrahea provide many services such as wellness, stretching, tcm, decompression besides from chiro adjustment. All services are with separate charges. So it may end up quite costly if you need more than one service.
From my personal experience, I like their Therapeutic stretch very much. (Thumbs up for the stretch therapist) For chiro adjustment there's still have much room for improvement. For the wellness, I don't get much benefit from it.
Overall it is still a good experience but below my expectation with such cost. My advise is you need to know what services are you going to get from them, otherwise with their recommended treatment might burn a hole in your wallet unless it is within your budget. I hope they could bundle up their services with more affordable price so that patients will feel worth coming for the various treatment.

Have been with them for few months now on Chiropractic and Functional Wellness programme, and have seen improvement on my posture and my trigger/locking finger has been resolved!

Y. X. 9.I have been with Natural Healings for almost 3 Years. Before i come to Natural Healings i did consult with many specialist/general hospital. They told me my spine looks normal. They just recommend me to take pain killer and to have physiotherapy treatment. I still feel discomfort and pain after each session, Until one day my friend recommend me to give Natural Healings a try. But due to my busy schedules,i didnt make a visit. One day morning after i get up from the bed, i feel a sharp pain came from my lower back,i decide to go to Natural Healings Jurong(nearest to my house) to have a consultation with the chiropractor(Scared) as it was my first time doing chiropractic treatment. After i went to the Clinic, The stuffs here was very friendly,they guided me through what is going to happened through the trial sessions. at least i feel less worried. After chiropractor consultation,they found out i have scoliosis in my spine.i had NEVER heard about this word before. The chiropractor explained to my clearly about it. They send me for the full spine xray(since i never take any xrays before,i think im pretty healthy) after the xray review,The chiropractor recommend me to start treatment as my scoliosis was quite serious. The post xrays shows really great improvement, at least 60-70%. Im really glad my friend recommend me to Natural Healings chiropractic clinic. and Thank you to the Jurong outlet staffs and the chiropractor. A. C.After getting a shoulder injury and having movement restriction and piercing pain for almost 2 months, I decided to seek help and was referred to Chiropractic sessions. I'm very skeptical about it as back then, I do not fully understand how Chiropractic works!
Went for a trial at Natrahea@Jurong. After the initial trial, I chose to go for X-ray to fully understand my condition as well as to let the Chiropractor have a full and accurate diagnosis.
I just completed my 5th session. What I can say is... It's really amazing what all these bone-cracking experience can achieve. My movement restrictions have drastically improved and the pain is almost gone!
All thanks to the great Team at Jurong branch for being so welcoming, pleasant, enthusiastic and assuring. They are a bunch of smiley ladies. 😊
