Very happy that we have FRCS Active Aging Centre in our community organising multiple programs for the seniors to participate such as physical exercise improving our health, talks and courses enhancing our knowledge and social contacts. I enjoyed very much in participating all the activities I had enrolled.Thanks.

I attended the Robot coding sponsored by Rotary Club Sentosa. I have learned a lots and it was stimulating to my mind. Do check out the programs that FRCS offers , you will surely benefits from them.

Frcs is a very good place where many activities are organised by Mr Daryl and his team for the seniors residents. Mr Daryl had also shared his submarines and other experiences with the residents who ready appreciated the tough jobs in the submarines at the end of his sharing session.
