M. M.2 minutes walk from Stevens MRT. Newly renovated rooms. Swimming pool is u der construction when we came. Recommended
S.The room is spacious but the mattrasses and pillows are quite hard. Also the curtains are thin, so it is very bright in the morning. If you plan to sleep the whole day, it could be a bit annoyance.
Nothing's nearby, its just closed to bus stop (around the corner) and mrt station is about 5 mins walk.
J. L.Made a booking with their function room for a BNI event in March 2024, the service rendered by the team was efficient and accurate.
They also made positive recommendations based on our plans and food was delicious! Will definitely come back again for our next event!
F. Y.Had a marvellous 3 nights stay at this family friendly hotel in January. The family room came with one king size bed and 2 single beds. The configuration is thoughtful that the 2 single beds designed to have its own cubicles. The king size bed was so comfy with good quality linen. Everything is ready for use and sparkling clean! The seafood restaurant in the lobby serves excellent Singapore local dishes too! Easy access to Orchard road with buses right in front of the hotel. MRT Station is just a few minutes walk away which can bring you to any attractions of Singapore. We will be back!
M. C.Well, if you want to know about the food, I got ya covered. The western is good for its price. I come here quite often for zi char and without fail, the claypot is always a staple for me. Good staff. Good service. A nice, chill place away from the crowd most of the time. Parking is also pretty good unless it gets too crowded. Would I come here again? I don't know much about the hotel but I would come here again... and again and again and again and again because I think it's quite a cheerful place.
L.Had the buffet lunch it was not the biggest variety or premium ingredients but for what it does it does well. Mostly localized dishes which included pig trotter, herbal duck, deep fried fish, claypot rice, noodles station, etc... Had a small salad station + rojak with two types of Asian soups and a small but sufficient dessert section with some fruits and quite tasty ice cream. Most everything was above average in taste and appreciated the clean renovated environment, but what capped it off was the exceptional service that warranted the 5 stars. Especially as I've had a bad run of poor service recently likely due to staff crunch/shortage. It was refreshing to see top service with smiles and willingness to help from a mid tier venue in SG, almost seemed like we were not in SG anymore which is a sad testament to how service standards have dropped. Would of probably given 3 to 4 stars but the top service and clean renovated interior with reasonable/value for money pricing prompted full marks!
L. V. P.I have a memorial stay this in Y Metropolitan hotel in July-2017. This hotel has been renewed totally, rooms are new and clean. It has a small restaurant serves a good breakfast, also available for lunch and dinner with a-la-cart menu.

M.Perfect position nearby bus stopping and metro.. rooms easy but very good breakfast!! To repeat | Excellent location, close to buses and the subway and the unmissable botanical garden. The rooms and carpet need some work, but the breakfast is truly plentiful. Anyway worth repeating!!!
D.When I returned to Shanghai from Melbourne, I stopped in Singapore, so I applied for a visa to go out for a few days. Generally speaking, the location of this hotel is good, and it is not far from the subway station. What's rare is when can I book a triple room. I overslept every morning, so I never had the hotel breakfast. Overall, it’s not bad. The room rate at that time was 130 Singapore dollars, so it was a good deal for 3 people~
c. t.The YMCA is some distance from the subway station. But it's much better than I thought. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is abundant and varied. The restaurant decoration is nice. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. There is a free bus to Orchard Road. Will stay at this hotel again next time.

J. H.Hotel where I stayed when traveling with a tour group. So I don’t know how much it costs. But the stay was still very comfortable. It's just that the location is not good, there are no supermarkets or places to eat around. Breakfast was not bad.

R.Considering that hotels in Singapore are very expensive, I looked for a hotel that had an affordable price and a metro stop nearby since I planned to take a transportation card (the Tourist Pass cost 30 Singapore dollars for 3 days, and about 10 were deposit that they gave you back at the end, you ended up paying 20 Singapore dollars for 3 days with unlimited travel, about €13 in total, super cheap!).||The Metropolitan YMCA Singapore It met these requirements perfectly: a reasonable price for a triple room with breakfast included and the Stevenson subway stop less than 10 minutes walk away.||The room was more than adequate and relatively clean by Asian standards (i.e. don't expect Finding a spotless room, with working air conditioning and clean sheets. The only thing I didn't like was the old carpet on the floor.||The breakfast was buffet style and wasn't bad, but the best thing about the hotel was the swimming pool, very large and pleasant.||As for the location, the hotel as I said it was close to a metro stop, and it was also close and within walking distance of the famous Botanical Garden, a visit not to be missed.||In short, a more than correct and suitable hotel for visiting Singapore.
