Shine aims “To Be A Leading Social Work Organisation In Enabling Children and Youth To Maximise Their Potential.” At the time of my visit yesterday evening on Tuesday, 26/9/23, the place was bustling with activities. Every Tues in Sep 2023 from 5-6pm, volunteers are present to assist as Study Buddies!
