Estate advisor Esther is very friendly. Joanne is also very friendly. The process is very easy and both of them make the process very smooth and they can speak in a way that you can understand easily. They make their clients felt at ease throughout the whole meeting. My dad and myself are very pleased and happy to be served by them.

Feeling nice to make a will with Invictus as they have given me some good advice, which I have not known of. I find that I am very fortunate to come to right place to draft the will. They are well equip with the knowledge. I find that the staff Esther and Joanne is very patient.

Esther and her team were referred to us by a funeral service company after the demise of my mother. I’m very satisfied with their efficiency and speed of preparing our wills within 24 hours as we had to fly off for a vacation soon. Their will storage service is another plus Point as only the original will can be submitted to the State Courts. It would be disastrous if the will was misplaced or destroyed/ stolen in a burglary . Been reading from paper abt is law firm. After visiting show clearly why I trust them. Is because they take time to explain the wills and LPA. They also explain in detail about the whole things until we understand what is best for us. The service in explaining in detail Chin Jie Ling n Esther sharpen tan. Not only in English but in mandarin this help in deeper understanding over the law name and confusing we had over the years.
