We had a satisfactory verdict for our case. Mr Dina and Mr Joel were empathetic towards my aged mother and made plans to accommodate her. I think the team worked hard and sincerely for the case. No deadlines compromised. Administration can be improved though - to make appt with us ahead of time and to send us documents requiring our attention ahead of time, not just in time.
