For the past nine years, my elder brother was trapped in a tumultuous situation, desperately trying to sell a property. However, he faced many challenges, as the opposing party was constantly prolonging this ordeal. 2. The opposing party was difficult to deal with and used complex legal terms to confuse my elder brother, combined with many other tricks to try and grasp control over the property. My brother was placed under seemingly insurmountable amounts of pressure and stress, causing him and his family to begin losing hope. 3. However, only through Julia Chan & Serene Ong's tireless work and efforts, this situation was finally resolved, and my elder bother was able to move past this time of tribulation. We are extremely thankful for Sterling Law professionalism and their vast knowledge, which helped to ensure that we were able to conclude this legal matter with a positive outcome. We were truly touched by their kindness and passion when fighting for us, always doing their best to even the playing field against the opposing party.
