Did an accident claim with Accord Auto based on my insurer’s list of workshops. They are very friendly and offer a lot of assistance to first time repair claims like me. My car was hit while stationary by another vehicle at a carpark and had to submit police report and insurance claims. The staff there was very helpful with the accident reporting and also followed up with me for several times during my 2 months wait for the police to finish their investigations and send me the letter for not at fault claims. Repair itself was done very quickly: front grill replaced, bumper repainted, license plate + frame replaced within 1.5 days. They even went extra distance to install the exact license plate frame. Thumbs up! Will recommend to others in need of repairs!

Accord servicemen are very experienced in solving all types of problems we would get on a car. Very much skilled in identifying the actual problem very quickly and always recommend the best affordable solutions to choose. Recently went there for my Honda Odyssey noise while breaking. They identified the actual cause within short time and fixed it with genuine parts so quickly. Previously i have visited Accord for Suspension Problem and engine mount replacement which was done perfectly and iam happy to drive my car every day now. First came across the business listing via an article on Motorist.com recommending good car workshops. After a visit to their Facebook page, I decided to WhatsApp the AMK branch for an appointment to service my Honda Vezel. Have no regrets. The entire process was seamless. I opted to include the Liqui Moly Catalytic System cleaner service along with their servicing package. My car was serviced and cleaned and I could collect it before noon. The drive home was very smooth and quiet which is excellent given that this is a 5-year old vehicle, which would occasionally shudder when stationary at traffic junctions. Charges are very reasonable as there as an itemized quotation texted over to you to finalise what work needs to be done for the vehicle. So everything is very transparent with no hidden charges. I especially appreciate this as I have had bad experiences with other service workshops. Will definitely arrange another visit to Accord for my next car service.
