W. Y.Allen is such a good guy. Humble, honest and super technical skills. Second time he fixed issues for my car for a much lower price compared to other mechanics
J. T.Allen was a very experience mechanical expert to repair and seevice my Ford Kuga Titanium(2013) of 7 yrs. I am very impressed by the way he explained to me the works that need to be done to get my car up and going good. Moreover, the repair cost is reasonably priced and honest. This is compared to other workshops. Furthermore, he don't ask you to do unnecessary items. Last but not least, the car is always handed over on time without delays. Just need to make an appointment with him before hand. The lady boss is also very friendly and will always ask you to help yourself to the cold drinks while waiting.
To be frank, this is the type of workshop I have no regrets going back for servicing or repairs in the future. If compare going back to RM agent, I rather choose Allen's. Do give it a try if you have no luck with other workshops.
I give it a 9 out of 10.

N. S.Finally a mechanic who actually knows how to diagnose a fault then offer you the options. Been to so many garages in Singapore who just replace expensive parts on your car at random with no idea what diagnosis they are trying to remediate, just hope for the best they got the right bit! Allen is a top Mechanic and a lovely guy to boot, wish I had found his garage years ago! Won’t take my car anywhere else

It is an affordable car servicing and repair shop for ford vehicles. Allen was a former mechanic with regent motors before he set up his own shop.
Sincere and really know his stuff. Doesnt ask you to change parts if it's not required.
He has a very good network and will be able to source for oem parts very quickly for you.
