Quality service - reliable, honest These words once again summarise my experience with Auto 101 (Victor whom I known since my earlier car, and Desmond whom I met recently during car servicing) I sent my car to Auto 101 for 60,000 km servicing (6 yo car) and needed help to remove dead leaves beneath my rear windscreen and in front bonnet. The servicing was done well (eg changed engine oil, replace air con filter). One week later, when I washed car, noted that the engine oil is clear, and can't find any leaves. My family said the air conditioner is colder and stronger. Their high service quality remains consistent over the years. This is why I'm their returning and regular customer.

I'd like to give a special shoutout to Victor and his team at Auto 101. I've been sending my car to Kaki Bukit and Sin Ming for regular servicing, but unfortunately, they've closed down. Fortunately, I was recommended to Auto 101 in Yishun last year. Even though it's further away from my office or residence, I've not looked back since. They're meticulous in the parts that are up for replacement due to wear and tear that may also implicate safety. They'll be able to give a desirable quote for both OEM or original parts. Whether it's servicing, repair or an upgrade, Auto 101 is honest and transparent with their pricing. In terms of speed and efficiency, they perform to their utmost to make sure the car will be up and running as soon as possible but most importantly, it's safe to drive your loved ones around. Don't believe it? Try it out by dropping them a visit!

Victor and team comes very sincere and professional in their dealings. Very prompt response, and doing their very best for their customers. Can see it whenever they communicate among each other - 'this one must check properly' or 'make sure this is done up then go for testing'. Always their customers first, to a point that they always eat late lunch in order to do more for their customers. Very reliable, will recommend people to this workshop.

Been coming for a year, and I’m super happy, so I hope I’m not jinxing it with this review: They’re not the cheapest but they’re reasonable and extremely accommodating (incl always validating my parking). Disturblingly they’re also always available, no matter how late you text with non urgent questions (eg how much to change Tyre, when free, etc). In the unfortunate event that you get into an accident (we did): Victor was extremely helpful with managing the insurance process (not even his job), and dealing with my meltdown when I thought I had to do admin (sorry sir). And he was still graceful enough to welcome our tiny car back for subsequent servicing. The after sales is also ace - most recently I asked for a “head unit with carplay”, and then I failed to link the CarPlay ….. so today Ron helped me link it up for free.. and removed some scratches from the car too. Thank you!!

Purchased and asked for car cam installation! Did a proper job for the installation and made sure it was properly installed before handing over. They also went the extra mile of teaching us how to use the car cam, and even though it’s already after their office hour, they still ensure that the car cam was installed so that we can drive around safely without worrying that there is no car cam :) just love that they are very professional and with good heart! Will come back for car servicing in the future :)

Totally impressed! First time service my Audi A5 here. Have engine mounting issue and air condition problem. They helped to service and fixed all issues within a day so that I can use my car the next day! Most importantly, it’s reasonable price . I don’t even know I have turned on my engine after they solved my engine mounting issue!

How often do you have a real engineer hands-on working on your precious car? Victor is an experienced mechanic with a mechanical engineering degree and he is the only person I trust with my car. Reasonably priced too.
