Went there to make an accident report this morning. I was attended to by Ms Kala, courteous, most helpful and really friendly lady. It was my first time making an accident report and she was there to guide me through the process ensuring my clear understanding. Great job by good staff.

Recently visited the AutoInsure Toh Guan reporting center after my car was involved in an accident. Despite arriving just before closing time, I received a positive response via WhatsApp, asking me to come for the report from Ms. Kala, the staff who assisted me. She was professional and patient and guided through the entire reporting process and took the necessary photos without any complaints though it was after office hours. I’m impressed with the efficiency and customer service at AutoInsure Toh Guan, and I’d especially like to commend Ms. Kala for her excellent attitude and professionalism in handling all my requests including the changing report later.

Very fast and efficent!. Got my car 2 days faster than what they have promised. Replace car was in good condition and clean.
