After failing to get my BMW fixed at two other workshops, I took my BMW to Bernard (the owner). He ran diagnostics and kept me updated along the way. He took the initiative to find me a 2nd hand CPU, since its cheaper and my car doesn't have lots of years left. He also took the initiative to fix my windshield washer pump when I mentioned that it may not be working. Total cost came out to be a fraction of what the other workshops quoted. So all in all, good service, affordable workmanship. Very satisfied.
