Responsive and professional! I was desperate to rent a car at the eleventh hour since my car was towed to the workshop. Jeromy answered my cry for help when he professionally provided me with a variety of affordable vehicles that I could select from. An hour later, I was told by my workshop that my car was repaired, however, I have paid Jeromy a deposit of $50. I explained to him the situation and without any hesitation, he gave me a full refund of $50. I was grateful by his kind gesture of honesty and integrity. I would definitely use their service in the future. Highly recommended!
