I would like to commend Lexus Service Center for their efficient and prompt services throughout these years. My gratitude also goes to our dedicated service engineer, Mr Gerald Chew. Gerald always goes all out to keep me informed on the condition of my car and his attention is exemplary. I am not just driving a good car but I always have peace at the back of my mind that there is always a reliable and good service from Lexus.

I'm highly impressed with Lexus servicing. They provide a comfortable resting area for customers and serve a good breakfast. Lexus service centre is truly much better as compared to the other luxury cars service center out there. Their service advisor is not only highly qualified, they also don’t do any hard selling. Cars are allowed to parked under the sheltered drop off/pick up points under raining weather, making those who have to board or alight do so in the rain. Very inconsiderate.

1st time - the outcome is not satisfying, Weijun immediately offered me to send in the car 2nd time for full roadtest with tester to rectify the issues.. without any grumble!!

It was Uncle Ah Leng who found it when he was cleaning my car. Very honest and helpful employees who will go the extra mile for their Clients! Love the Lexus experience!

Mr Goh KH answered to my call when I dial the 24hrs emergency support number. I was lucky as he was nearby and drove over to my house within 10 mins. That was fast. It was a one to one exchange as battery still under 1 year warranty. Mr Goh went on to diagnose the car and ensure everything is good before he left. Thumbs Up.

I wish to thank Jeffrey, Venial and Goh at the service team for looking after my vehicle when I encountered an warning light situation. It seemed normal when i could still drive when little that i know it could overheat the engine. The team quickly suggest that I needed to leave my vehicle as its a major job with other rectifications to be done. Consultant Venial and supervisor Goh assured the works could be completed by the next day. True to their words, fault was rectified and car was returned in excellent condition. Before driving a Lexus, I would send my not-Lexus-car to external service centers after the warranty of the car ends with the authorized dealer. For Lexus, I’ve stayed with them for the servicing of my vehicle even after warranty period ends. And so far, it has been a good 17 years with them.
Mr Gerald Chew has been my service engineer for the bulk of these 17 years. There is just a great peace of mind leaving the vehicle in their hands. Even if Gerald does not happen to be around, I still know I’m in good hands with other service engineers. Value-for-money even though they are not that expensive relative to outside workshops. And they are always just a call away for every little hiccup.

Love the service experiences at Lexus service centre. To begin with, they have a user-friendly booking system in place for people (like me) who are not IT savvy. Very easy to book and re-schedule.
Front desk Indian lady (sorry I forgot to ask her name), she co-ordinated everything from the time I dropped off the key. All I needed to do was to select my comfort seat in the lounge and waited for breakfast to be served.
The very polite F & B staff were attentive and swift in serving breakfast and beverage of my choice.
Nasi lemak breakfast was great this time round, an improved version of what was previously served. Rice was fragrant and the sambal, a killer !
Enjoyed the shuttle service to Wheelock place , a smooth and skilful drive in the latest RZ450, Lexus’s first fully electric model !

Brought my car for checks due to some warning message. Thomas was very responsive and told me how I should handle my car when I told him about the issue and gave good postulation of the problem. He also gave me very good advice on the likely time required to rectify my car so that I can make arrangements for my work schedule. Everything was smooth and he was spot on on my car’s problem, and got the faulty part changed out within the 2nd day! Thereafter, he even advised me on what I should do should I encounter any issues with my car in the future. Thomas’s service was really professional yet personal at the same time! I have been visiting Lexus service centre for a couple of years, and was always been attended to by Senior Consultant, Venial.
He will explain to me about the servicing package without the hard selling. So I am already onto my second servicing package, definitely value for money.
Since day one, Venial will always recommend to me what’s require to be changed or replaced for the vehicle, always explaining the reason for his suggestion as well sharing with me the possible of longer down time, before leaving the end decisions to me.
Given his experience, his advices save me time and money. Making me more prepared and able to make the necessary arrangement.
The reception team as well as the catering team also make my visit much more pleasant and my Stomach satisfied too. Not forgetting the friendly uncle that send me to the nearest MRT station after dropping my car.

Have always been servicing my Lexus at the Lexus Service Centre. Today is my first with Thomas Tan. He explained clearly what are the services required and diligently shared with me the cost involved for each. I am surprised to find out later on that he is quite new to the company as he was professional and knowledgeable.
My service experience at Lexus has always been positive. The staff are all professional and polite. Everything is done in a very efficient manner. Added plus they offer a hearty breakfast to all customers who are doing their servicing. There is a choice of a local or western breakfast. The breakfast hasn’t disappointed.
I just had my car serviced at Lexus Service Centre and my service consultant was Steven Chew. I want to take a moment to thank Steven for his patience and thoughtfulness. The servicing was not cheap but Steven gave me much reassurance with his thorough explanation of what needs to be done and care of details.

Needed to change my car’s water pump and contacted Lexus in Sept. Thomas was assigned to serve me. He contacted me and got everything sorted out for me and kept very good correspondence with me till I was ready to drive my car over last Thursday. ( almost 2 months later)

The Service Centre is still offering great service standards, amazing service from the F&B staff, and impeccable engineering knowledge for my car. Amongst the team of knowledgeable service consultants, Mr. Benjamin who attends to my car on several occasions has been very attentive to my needs and have always been able to resolve all the technical issues with my car. Benjamin is definitely a serious asset to the Service Centre with his skills and knowledge, coupled with his warm and friendly attentive nature. I made a visit to the Lexus Service Centre for my first 1000km servicing. In this servicing, besides the mandatory checks and service which Lexus had to do, i requested for the auto folding mirrors to be installed as this was not done when the car was delivered to me.
As there was a miscommunication between myself and the sales team, i asked whether the service team was able to make the installation inspite of the spare part being not available and that the warehouse was not opened on a Saturday.
The service engineer Mr. Hatta, I would say, literally bent over backwards to secure the part needed to make this installation happen and he and his team completed the job on the same morning as I waited.
I am very please with the service Mr. Hatta rendered to me, inspite of the short notice given and I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to fulfill my request and not having me come back again on another day.
Meanwhile whilst waiting at the service lounge, I also would like to comment that the service attendant, Ms Siti provided exceptional service in serving me and my wife. We were amazed and surprised at her level of service to ensure that both of us were comfortable and well taken care of, whilst we waited for our car. Together with my wife, we will like to say a big THANK YOU to Ms. Siti for her exceptional service and gracefulness in serving us.

Venial Phang (consultant)and Jeffrey lee (service manager) has been very professional, courteous and friendly whenever I come to the lexus svs center they were very helpful and clear when they explained about the car servicing rendered. They even went beyond and explain how to take car of the car and even preempt the next repair or things that needed to be change. I am so happy with their service every time I come to the servicing center I feel very welcomed like a second home. They are very patient when explaining how to operate and use certain features in the car. I have known Venial Phang for so many years and he has always provided excellent service with a smile. The Lexus consultant Mr Goh Kah Hua arrived very promptly to fix the punctured tyre of my car. As usual he was quick and efficient in identifying the issue at hand.
This is not the first time that I contacted Mr Goh for emergency assistance. Previously he had helped me change my car batteries when I was stranded on the road. He is very responsible and reliable; someone you can count on. An extremely polite guy.
Steven Chew have been giving me an experience that no other service advisor would have else where. He always remember to remind or anticipate me to do my service and will always surprise me with his great service touch. His service is what I remember what is Lexus, he’s like a brand himself which when I think of Steven I think of Lexus.

I had some noise issues which Lexus first refused to diagnose and fix for me.
Luckily after I escalated the feedback to their management they took it seriously and helped me fix it.
Ms. Sandy Tan was very helpful and professional during the process. Now after a month I can confirm the noise is gone for good.

I am so touched by Lexus impeccable customer service experience today. I noticed a black mark (as if it is from a marker pen) at the interior red leather side of my car door about 1 to 2 weeks after I serviced my car. To be fair, I am very sure none of my family members own a marker pen, but at the same time I cannot ascertain if the mark was due to the last servicing. I approached my sales person Lionel Lim for advice, and he helped me to arrange an appointment with Jeffrey Lee this afternoon about 2pm. I ask Jeffrey how the mark is there, he says it is hard to explain and he thinks his team don’t use marker pen for servicing Lexus cars, but he gives me the benefit of doubt, and most importantly everything has to be ok for me. After 2 hours, Lexus told me that they were unable to remove the mark, and they told me to arrange a 2nd appointment so that they can get their professional leather polish expert to remove the mark for me. Within 10 minutes later, they updated me that the leather polisher is able to work till 6+ to 7pm if I can wait. I say ok, and true enough, the mark was removed. At 7pm, my sales person reached out to me and asked me how is my leather, and he says he is glad that everything is ok for me now.
Professional, as always. Sent in for routine service. Kevin Soh, has picked up a paintwork defect on my car that was caused by basement carpark pipe leakage. The glaring defect was there for more than a year. Kevin took his initiative and has gone extra mile to fix it. When I picked up my car this afternoon, I was surprised to see that it was almost restored to factory condition. Kudos to Kevin.
