Brought my 2nd hand Sharan for checks and servicing. Jonathan whom handled my car explained clearly on the difference for the 3 service packages which they have. And he only asked me to change the essential items. He also carried out all the checks which I highlighted with issues. Missing 1 star as the rear seat area still has thud sound. Will follow up with him during next servicing.

Went there for my tuning. No complain just compliments. Being served by julian. Very knowledgeable guy. This guy can answer almost anything i throw at him about the car. Overall very satisfied! Not one to take the initiative to leave reviews but MTR really helped with my GTI MK7, had heaps of coding issues after some swap overs which almost no workshop could help me resolve. Julian solved them in less than 30 minutes. Also did tuning with them and car feels almost brand new after. 😊

solved the dsg issues with a dsg tune and calibration. Car feels livelier and cost a fraction of full transmission repair, which was initially what I feared due to a clunky and hesitating dsg transmission. of course we did the revo stage 1 too. enjoying my ride ever since. Highly recommend Julian and the MTR team for their passion for each unique customer's cars

Initially went to check on the aircon issues that my car has but was greeted with a excellent experience from Weiyu from MTR. So i made an appointment with MTR to check on a long outstanding issue (years) and end of the day i left the workshop feeling that the money is well spent. Next time i head over is to resolve another wear and tear issues and also improve the performance of the car.
