Amazing experience with N-51 automotive workshop. Excellent service provided by the team and especially Jun Ming, whom is very patience in explaining the details of claim process. He is very proactive and is prompt to respond to uncertainty, making the process smooth and worry free. Very steady and reliable, will definitely visit again for his service at N-51!

Third day CNY 2024, someone bumped into our car from behind. I were driving with my old mum and young kids in the car. At the anxious moment, luckily I meet Mr Leow from N51, a reliable and helpful person, the claim process went smoothly. I had a replacement car for 2 weeks while awaiting for my car to be repaired. Also, would like to thanks to Mr Neo from the workshop for re-painting car front bumper cover. I strongly recommended N51 to y’all, this is experienced workshop as they own Spray Painting department. Leave the car to them go rest and assure that the car come back like newly purchase conditions.

Mr Neo was very helpful. My car was involved in a 3 car collision and his company upon receiving the GIC Report, straight away arrange for the repair and surveyor to come and within 7 days, my Ride was repaired. The best and honest workshop I ever encountered! All the staffs are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Mr Jun Ming. Did regular servicing here and always have good and positive impression. But the eye opening experience was when I did my insurance claim recently which was handled by Mr Jun Ming personally. He contacted the other party and gathered all the necessary information. It was supposed to be escalated as a hit and run case but because of Jun Ming professionalism, the other party is willing to cooperate and settled promptly without any unnecessary procedures. He even made a special trip to the accident site to clarify on something and this was after his OT, around 10-10.30pm. I’m really thankful for all his efforts and making it fuss free for me, really appreciate it. A replacement car was provided (it was really clean and comfortable, i wondered if it is really a rental car or his personal car 😅). Jun Ming updated me almost every night on the repair and it was done within 2 weeks. Overall, I’m really happy and satisfied with their workmanship, friendly attitude and the way they handled this issue. High recommended for anyone looking for good car service and fuss free insurance claim! Look for Jun Ming! 😃

This is my 2nd time visiting N51 for my car’s accident claim. Again Jun Ming has showed his professionlism towards my claim cases. Within an hour all my paper work claim was completed and a replacement car was given to me very fast. The repairs were done in a week and the workmanship is great. He even added the extra mile by helping me to bring my car for changing car tyres. Really appreciate his help and friendly attitude. Excellent service and well done Jun Ming. Thank you!

Had a minor accident and went to this workshop to fix my car as the person whose car banged into mine repaired at this workshop as well (I was lazy to go to another workshop since I was claiming their insurance). The whole process took about 4 working days and I was given a replacement car (1 mth old Honda Vezel) which was kind of pleasant. I was assisted by Jun Ming with the accident report and the whole process was quick and fuss free. This workshop also assisted me to check my car for free as I informed them that my car had one squeaky sound while driving and they were not pushy with any of their products. I also did my servicing here as I was lazy to find another workshop even though my servicing was due only next month. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this workshop.

Leslie is an absolute gem. He was detailed without being pushy, ensuring I got all the required details when I was involved in an accident. He also explained the end to end process, all in the middle of a busy expressway and in under 5 mins! 10/10 would’ve gone to this workshop, just that I live just 600m away from our existing workshop.
