Awesome experience with Mechanic Zac. He helped test the Alternators, even though it is out of his job scope to do it. Furthermore, he also gave me insightful knowledge of how the car batteries work and even tips on how to maintain the battery life. Engine couldn't crank after dinner yesterday but managed to start the car after repeated cranking attempts using a spare battery that powers my on-board Driving Cameras. It was the first day of CNY when my car could not start. I called up Quickfix after reading their good reviews online, and a mechanic named Zac came to my location punctually at the agreed upon time. He was very friendly and assured me after diagnosing my car that it was just battery flat and not any other more serious issues. He proceeded to replace the battery and within 15 minutes it was done. The price was very reasonable and the service was efficient. Zac even chatted with me to ask me how my CNY celebrations had been thus far. He told me to test my car after the battery had been replaced and everything worked well. My CNY plans would have been ruined had it not been for the efficient service provided by Quickfix and Zac, in the midst of a long weekend. Thank you!

Very pleased with the car battery replacement service and the car battery. Did the SOP by checking that the car battery is indeed unable to hold a charge and that the charge is below 12V, mine’s already <10V after 1.5years. After replacing, continued to follow the SOP to measure the voltage and also by advising me to switch on and off the engine to check. Mechanic also took the time to also mention that the alternator is working well and advised putting the setting of the car security camera on low power consumption mode when not driving for a while. PayNow accepted :)
