I recently took my avocado for a much needed cleansing and stuffing. The turnaround results are quicker than expected and that I am very impressed by Isaac and Pamela’s high-quality work provided. The avocado looks brand new with its molds from before being entirely removed and the stitching done is impeccable. Overall, I am very satisfied by the final product of the avocado and would definitely return if I ever require their services again.

My son’s treasured plushie was salvaged by the Soft Toy Hospital. The rabbit’s ears were pretty torn and tattered. The stuffings were also clammy from all the washing. Hence the rabbit’s face had also sunk it. Was desperate as I could no longer purchase the same plushie and was worried that the plushie may not last any longer. Was so glad to stumble upon the Soft Toy Hospital who took great efforts to search for suitable and similar material. They also provided alternatives for us to choose from. They were also patient and helped to finish the repair within the same day as my boy needs it for his bedtime. Now Peter Rabbit looks like he has revived and looks and feels so…..ooo good. Thanks for accommodating to my boy’s request for the pointy ears too. We love the rabbit so much. Posted the before and after photos for reference. Thanks for the job well done! 👍

A Second Time of Trust and Care at Soft Toy Hospital. Highly Recommend! I recently entrusted my beloved 12-year-old plushie piglet to the Soft Toy Hospital for a wash and restuffing. This was actually my second time using their services, and once again, I was incredibly impressed! Pamela deserves high praise. She went above and beyond my expectations. Throughout the process, she kept me updated on the progress of the work, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, she was very attentive to my specific requests and ensured they were met. The final results were fantastic! My piglet looks and feels amazing – revitalized and ready for many more years of cuddles. It's clear that the team at Soft Toy Hospital takes great care of their patients (or should I say, plushie patients!). Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Soft Toy Hospital to anyone needing their precious stuffed animals cleaned or restored. Totally impressed and very happy with their services. Was searching for a trustworthy stuffed toy cleaning services and chance upon them. Their reply was fast, very detailed and patient to all my enquires. My very big bear was quite dirty, with spots of mold, dusty stains. But he is now spotless and back to amost as good as new. They even manage to remove a burning mark on the bear, without leaving any traces!! I am so impressed. The whole process of handing over to them and collect back took only a few days. And very nice of them to keep me updated of the cleaning process. Price is reasonable as well. A very satisfied customer here. Will definitely go back again!
