We recently tried the scallion nougat crackers from BEARS 小熊屋台灣美食專賣, as we've been missing the beloved Taiwan Chai Te's version. The BEARS scallion nougat crackers offer a different taste compared to the Chai Te version, but they are a satisfactory substitute. The texture of the crackers is crisp, with the nougat providing a pleasant chewiness. This combination creates a delightful contrast that keeps each bite interesting. The freshness of the crackers is evident, making them a worthwhile option. While they don't completely replace the unique taste and experience of Chai Te's scallion nougat crackers, the BEARS version does a commendable job.
