Reviews of Beigelhaus
A rather small place with only a few indoor seating and some outdoor seats. Interesting selection of bagel but their bagels are huge with generous fillings, which does make eating it rather messy. I had the Chilli Con Jovi and it was impossible to grab a good bite of everything. The taste is rather good and priced quite decent as well. They also have coffee but we didn't try it. Wouldn't mind coming back to try other bagels but bigger table would be good for the 'mess'

Tried the Cocky Balboa and surprisingly—I think I like it more than the Chris Brown! I used to be a big fan of Chris Brown until a recent visit when I was given a cheese bagel (I don’t take cheese 😖). Since then, I’ve made it a point to request a non-cheese bagel—because that combo just wasn’t it for me.
This time, I went with the Cocky Balboa and was very particular (sorry to the staff!) about making sure the bagel was plain. I also asked for it without cream cheese.
The ingredients hit the spot: chicken, hash brown, and veg—simple but satisfying. I’d definitely go for it again!

I'm back to try another bagel from the classic segment. I had the Chris Brown, and it was incredibly delicious and indulgent. I'm also thrilled that my friends loved this recommendation! Make sure to come early if you have more than 2 people, as seating is limited.

A colleague recommended this place, so we decided to give it a try. It's a cozy café that specializes in a variety of bagels and beverages. Their bagel menu is quite extensive, offering everything from classic options to signature creations.
I opted for the chic-kara bagel priced at $8.90, and it was delicious and fragrant. I specifically requested my bagel without cheddar cheese, and they accommodated my preference perfectly.
I also tried their flat white $5.50, which wasn't served very hot but still had a lovely aroma. I'm looking forward to returning to sample more bagels from their Everyday Bagels selection!
The price is final, without GST or Service Charge.

🥔 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 - $8.90
Always a fan of crispy hashbrowns in bagels – one that wouldn’t fail you
🐓 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜-𝐤𝐢𝐫𝐚 - $8.90
Pleasantly surprised by this because of the garlic herb butter and brightness from what we guessed was lemon juice. Defo my top pick
🐟 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐟𝐭 - $9.90
Standard tuna sandwich flavours, so not very blown away by this
🍄 𝐎𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 - $9.90
Kombu butter was 😚👌🏻 The mushrooms were also great, defo for shroom lovers
🐄 𝐌𝐨𝐨-𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚 - $15.20
Not a huge fan of brisket but the flavours were good
🐑 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛-𝐞𝐫𝐭 - $16.20
Don’t like lamb but this wasn’t gamey at all, flavours of mushrooms and kombu butter were more prominent
🧀 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 - $16.20
Tasted more of the cream cheese than the burrata, but the pesto was yummy
🦆 𝐃𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐕𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 - $17.20
Black truffle aioli was fragrant, overall a well-balanced bagel that I’ll order again
🐟 𝐋𝐨𝐱 𝐋𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 - $17.20
I loved the salmon that they cured in-house but would probably ask for lesser cream cheese next time
🧡 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞 - $9.50
🤎 𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 - $8.50
🖤 𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚 - $7.50
This place is a hidden gem in CBD. Serves a great bagels. I had Burrata Spears bagel with cinnamon latte. Gotta love it all.
cute little bagel shop in the heart of CBD! the space is a little small, but it makes for a cozy nook.
affordably priced, especially when you compare it to other merchants in the space. we got the John Trufporta, Moo Donna, Cocky Balboa and one DIY sandwich. the bagel itself lacked that distinctive “chewiness”, instead it had more of a bread texture. that said, the ingredients were what sealed the deal for me! you can tell that the menu was really well thought out, from the ingredient pairings right down to the names :-)
also like how they have a couple of card games for you to play while waiting for your food to be served. been a while since i last played uno!
Awesome selection of bagels and all with interesting names, inspired by celebrities. My favs include the Chris Brown, Tuna Swift and the Cocky Balboa. It helps that they're pretty fast too, even during lunch hour.
Not much seating but they provide gloves which you can use when you're eating at your desk! Very thoughtful indeed!
Not bad. The service could be improved by increasing the speed of delivery. I couldn't find boiled eggs, hence had to satisfy my hunger with the only vegetarian option available.
The JUICIEST bagels ever! I've been searching high and low for halal bagels and im so glad beigelhaus was my first. Tried the Adam Lamb-ert and the Moo-donna — pure BLISS! My taste buds were dancing and the flavor explosion was off the charts. Super-friendly staff and a stellar atmosphere sealed the deal. Can't wait to be back xx
Will be back! Huge menu. So many different bagels to try.
Have tried Cocky Balboa & John Trufporta, it was nice but my fav has to be Lox Luther, next to Tuna Turner. Overall I gotta say worth the price, really delicious! Will try the other menu someday :)
First time trying this bagel place which is Muslim-owned. Do not have the before pictures but the after picture said it all! Wide range of choices of food and drinks. Heaping portions and delicious. Soft bagel and good combination of flavours. Will definitely come back here again. It’s a MUST TRY.
Nice array of bagel menus which allow many toppings. Their signatures are worth trying. My recommendation is the LOX LUTHER packed with thick house cured salmon. Muslim friendly
Great food and atmosphere! Lots of varieties to choose and it’s all so delicious and love their kombu butter.
This is my go-to spot everytime I come to Singapore. Their bagels are big, chewy and generously filled. All made in-house.
My fave is the Adam Lamb-ert. I don't even normally like lamb, but it's juicy, luscious and the kombu butter is divine.
Their coffee and drinks are great too, from their milkshakes which are balanced and not too sweet and peppermint iced tea as well.
The service is exceptional every time, I'm so happy I found this place.
Excellent bagels, so much so that it warranted a 2nd visit in the same week.
Great variety of flavours and ingenious menu names - this is my favourite bagel house by far
Got the Moodonna Beef brisket bagel. Nice portions, very tender brisket, very delicious overall. It's not spicy even though it looks spicy.
If I could give 1 feedback it would be that there's a few whole peppercorns that aren't grinded.
Staff was very friendly too.
Bagelhouse in the middle of CBD, pretty affordable. The kombu butter one is soooo good. It's muslim owned, inshaAllah safe for those who has halal preferences 😊
I had moodonna $13.90
I was hungry and this filled me up but just in a “I’ve eaten some food” way.
Pros: the beef brisket amount is a lot, their gherkins are fresh and sour (as it should be)
Con:
1. the bagel bun though chewy (as expected) was compact, like they didn’t warm it over the pan so it’d be softened by the heat
2. the brisket was dry when it should have been tender and juicy via controlled temperatures
3. It’s hot inside (ventilation needed) and outside
Imo, I just think that the ingredients were all there but it didn’t taste like the it was thoughtfully prepared. Could put more effort into cooking / prep.
Although Two men is pricier, it’s worth it now and then. 😉
Enough to satisfy my craving for a bagel- the place wasn’t cold but I still felt some cool ventilation (many commented that it was hot inside!)
For the price it’s good enough and I might come back to try the rest when in the vicinity!
Came on a weekend around 4pm, there wasn’t much crowd. When stepped in, I was greeted nicely by the cashier. I love the punny food menu items and ordered Chris Brown bagel (Hash brown, kombu butter, sausage), peanut butter and jam bagel and passion drink. The bagel was towards the hard side which I liked.
The Christ Brown bagel was so good, sausage has a snap bite even though its cut into pieces, hash brown was crispy and everything was so juicy! The peanut butter and jam was basic but there’s a good crunch to it. Overall, delicious, great service and comfortable price point.
Look at that glorius lox bagel. The taste was like 100 from start to finish. I didn't even pause to take a break. Just that the place is a lil warm with the door open.
$21.20 for a bagel and a drink.
Think the portion is ok for 1 person.
First bagel place I know that is Muslim-owned. The place is cosy and very accessible from either Tanjong Pagar MRT or Raffles Place MRT. There is a wide selection of fillings for the bagels. The drinks menu is also good. Definitely recommended to give a try to both bagels and drinks.
bagel was soft and filling so generous. affordable too. will def come back!
Taking a high top seating facing the street at Beigelhaus++ on a rainy afternoon amidst the skyscrapers in the heart of Shenton Way makes me feel as if I am in NYC. The Moodonna I had was too moist and soft to my liking. But the warm and friendly lady at the counter who acknowledges every customer as they come and go is all you can ask for in a perfect F&B staff.
Fast service and the quality of bagels are consistent! Love me the kombu butter bagel. Can get it in the jar which is more value - but it doesn’t taste as good (and heavenly) as when they prepared it for me 🤧 Otherwise I love to get the Chris Brown(?) option. Sausage, hashbrown and spiced sauce. So far have patronise the store about 5 times and will ALWAYS be back for the kombu butter bagels ❤️
Sensational! First time trying this place which is only a few minutes walk from my office. 'John Trufporta" was just the perfect balance of flavour and portion size, topped off with a very respectable latte. Well worth a try if you have been going to the 'other' bagel place in Tanjong Pagar ;)
Delicious lamb bagel, cheesy yet not too heavy, maybe because of the mushroom. Coffee fine.
enjoyed the chilli con jovi : )
but wouldn’t be back just because the menu here is very special and not your usual bagels! good to try
Halal bagels are difficult to come by, and I am glad to have come across Beigelhaus. I've been such a huge fan of bagels, and Beigelhaus didn’t disappoint. The softness of the bagel, along with its chewiness and the generous filling, was indeed to die for. On top of that, the kind staff gave my table a complimentary plate of bagel! We will always be thankful for that and leave the place on a full and satisfied stomach. However, one complaint I have is that it is so inaccessible because it is located near Tanjong Pagar, where I don’t spend most of my time. Hence, I hope Beigelhaus will expand to easily accessible places, preferably in the West. Thank you!
It's highly recommended place in a CBD Area. Most delicious Beigel I ever had. The owner is a good friend. I had created a presentation on Beigelhaus ++ during my studies at LSBF
Cozy environment with extensive bagels menu. However, bagels were too salty.
First-timer here. Delighted I chanced upon this place (which is well located at Robinson Road, a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT) since I absolutely love bagels. Bought back the Cream Cheese Bagel as I had just had lunch a short while earlier. The texture of the bagel was just right...a rare find in Singapore!
This bagel had a most generous filling of cream cheese too. It was well packed and handed over with a genuine smile by the friendly counter person.
Definitely a repeat customer here. Keep up the good work, Folks @ Beigelhaus++! 👍🏼😍
Had the brisket bagel - it wasn’t very good. Too salty for my liking, brisket sauce overpowered everything.
Service is good and staff are very friendly. Maybe their other bagel sandwiches are better.
Loved the service and loved the food at beigelhaus!!! Tried the pink loxy twice so far and its soooo good, thick and fresh salmon chunks and generous portion of cream cheese and veges. The bagels were soft and delicious! Staff are very kind and helpful too!
Bought the mobyduck for takeaway all the way to Sembawang via MRT and it’s still warm upon reaching home.
One of the best beigels you can get in singapore :)
Love this place. Although a bit pricy, everything tastes good and worth the journey to CBD.
Can't wait to try other options on the menu.
SO GOOD; I've tried Chris Brown, Scarlett Jo-hammson & Moby Duck. All did not disappoint. For the portion, the price is worth it!
Best bagel I ever had!!
The best ever eaten. Awesome
very tasty bagel and great value for money.
Fresh bagels and superb !
Lovely place to visit on a weekend morning.
Excellent and friendly service from the lady at the counter.
Very nice packaging and good service. Delicious food.
Got the Adam-Lambert. Absolutely delicious and filling!!
