such a pity that the rating is so low, but it might be from the mismatched expectation for crunchy cookies :( if youre a fan of softer chewy cookies, this is the pick for you! its also quite affordable if you get the box of 7 deal, especially with how expensive baked treats are getting these days.

These cookies need to be eaten warm. So you might need to wait 15 minutes for a batch fresh from the oven to cool down first before they sell. As their mantra states, they bake with chunks not chips. Imagine sinking your teeth into a white chocolate chunk with WARM gooey chocolate cookie filling. So good. What’s not that good though is their service. So be prepared to deal with staff who don’t really know how to manage customer enquiries on queuing for cookies that are cooling down. Oh, and their engagement with customers on social media (Instagram DM) is non-existent too. So put up and shut up, and just enjoy your cookie. Still worth it.

The best cookies I ever tried. Really good! After good 15 minutes of waiting time on the line, I decided to buy the 5+2 package and I don't regret at all. My only (small complaint) is that the attendants were very impatient. I understand (because the long queue) but some customers may dislike.

Male staff with short wavy hair needs to get an attitude check for snapping that they’re closed and it’s sold out. However, thank you to the female staff who spoke to me so nicely and answered my queries.
