D. D.I happened to pass by and saw the croissants. As I bake, I know how much effort is placed into making one croissant. I love a lemon meringue tart anytime, and was pleasantly surprised to see a lemon meringue croissant. The meringue held its peak and did not collapse easily. The lemon had its tartness and the texture was perfect. It was not as firm as it is in a tart.
J. T.I think the expectations of this place was pretty high due to the other branches, but the crossiants and pastries here are decent at best, and may not be worth the price!
G.One of the staff, Ying Xian recommended some really good flavours! I enjoy savoury flavours better and the garlic mozzarella was so good!! Husband aLeo enjoyed the mochi donuts very much too. Highly recommend!!

R.Upcoming pop-up bakery at Tampines 1 to serve residents of Tampines Neighbourhood 5 (Tampines Central) along Tampines Central 1, 7 and 8, Tampines Neighbourhood 2 (Tampines East) along Tampines Street 21, Tampines Street 23 and Tampines Street 24 and Tampines Neighbourhood 4 (Tampines North) along Tampines Avenue 9, Tampines Street 41, Tampines Street 43 and Tampines Street 45 as well as Tampines Neighbourhood 1 (Tampines Changkat) along Tampines Street 11, Tampines Street 12 and Tampines Avenue 5. It will be taking over the space previously occupied by Flash Coffee which lasted for fourteen months from September 2021 to November last year and is scheduled to open on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 11:00am according to Brotherbird Milk & Croissants Facebook post.
