Went to Cake Spade just to try the cakes at their new store! And it is finally halal certified OMG! The store was so big and spacious. Finally it is air conditioned. The service from the staff was excellent! Greeted me with a smile! I will give 100/10! thank you!

Usually don't write reviews but had to for Cake Spade! Variety and selection of cakes were all pretty unique and I was really spoilt for choice. Decided on the blueberry honey cheesecake and enjoyed every single bite of it as it was so so decadent! The cafe's interior is vibrant and cozy (Instagram-worthy!) which was what actually attracted me in the first place. Service was also commendable - the slice I was initially given was slightly smaller than the others which I would not have really minded, but the employee noticed and offered to switch it out for a bigger slice which I thought was a really nice gesture. Highly recommended and looking forward to dropping by again! :)

Love the vibe and the super power aircon, especially on a hot day. Thought the lemon meringue looks great and taste great too. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area looking for a sugar fix. The two servers reminds me of the show "two broke girls".

Dined here recently and really liked the Pandan Kaya cake (a new flavor I think) which I also packed home for some friends and they loved it too. My to go cake shop for many years already.. also because they have so many flavours to cater to my cravings. Highly recommend!

This place is very well located in the area; and the way they color the building is such an eye-catcher. We came on the weekend and there was a queue; but it didn’t take us more than 20 mins with 2 groups in front of us. I agree mostly with the other comments: cakes are delicious, the variety is amazing. There are like milk chocolate cakes, dark chocolate cakes, fruity type cakes, caramel, etc. Whatever I thought of having, they had it. We chose two types (pictured) and we loved each one. However service, varies. The cashier lady was very friendly. the lady who handed me the cakes were too; the one who took my order seem just wanted to get everything done and over with. What amazes me is that they have like 5-6 people working there but it takes ages to clean a table. I will go here again if I am in the area but maybe not on purpose.

honestly, i love spending my time here and just enjoying their cakes. u can get any of their cakes and it'll be worth ur $$. my absolute favourite is definitely their victoria sponge, msw cake and their lemon meringue cake!!! oh but if you love chocolate, get the smores. super good!!!

My Sis highly recommended this cake shop to me. Ordered their Strawberry Chocolate cake for a friend's birthday, hmm... I had pretty high expectations, but was quite disappointed that it quite average. The Chocolate is quite rich, but there's no surprise to the taste. Maybe other flavor cakes are better.

A gem in the heart of the trendy Keong Siak area where there the cakes are deliciously handcrafted. The tofu cheesecake and red velvet are stand-out winners. Always a must-go for anyone with a sweet-tooth.

They make good coffees and yuzu ice blended is quite good too. We ordered the fancy gold flakes chocolate cake but it doesn't taste as fancy as its look. But thier brownie top with ice cream is quite good tho. One thing to mentioned, their vanilla ice cream have durian taste, probably they put them side by side. A little bit weird. Probably take note of that.

I like this cosy place for a break especially after exploring Chinatown area. Cozy and peaceful. The staff Ummi is also friendly and cheerful 😀 Relocated from Tanjung Pagar. Now is at 283 South Bridge Rd, Singapore 058832. Half minute away from Maxwell MRT Station when it is ready. This is trendy for coffee with Children on the 2nd level which is good 👍 Keep the kids upstairs 🤭🤭🤭

The place was not crowded when I visited at ard 8pm. Huge selection of cakes which taste quite decent. I tried the match rose latte and it was quite nice. Very pretty drinks. Their other drinks were very nice too. Highly reccommended to get their drinks while you are there.

Cakes and brownies available here with a selection of warm beverages. The prices are quite expensive, and the cakes taste pretty regular. There are many options available, but we tried the chocolate royaltine (hazelnut) and the lychee rose. They were okay but I found it a tad sweet. The sponge wasn't as moist as I was expecting it to be. Overall, a nice place to chill with friends.

MaoShanwang durian cake has little inclusion of durian and the sponge cake texture is rough. 2/5 Carrot cake is oily 3/5 Cappuccino is so so 3/5 Price is going toward expensive side 3/5

Love the pretty setting in the cafe. Had the Lychee Rose, Pandan Gula Melaka, Strawberry Tofu and Red Velvet Cheesecake. The favorite of the day goes to Red Velvet Cheesecake, which in my personal opinion, I’ve not found a worthy competitor to C.S at the moment.

The cafe is very spacious and plenty of seats for dinning in. Their coffee is great, however I would recommend to have their signature jelly fruit cheesecake instead of their sliced cakes.

Nice interior decorations. Great place for after dinner coffee/desserts. Whole cakes are available for sale too. I bought the lychee rose whole cake, which is light and refreshing.

Too much hype about this cake shop but it’s jus like any normal cafe but a clever pun in name. Young crowd and place is noisy cos of that. So nothing to miss in my opinion. We had 4 tea/coffee drinks and shared two cakes.

Very cute spot! Had the strawberry short cake and the honey blueberry cheesecake which were both delicious. The strawberry shortcake was fluffy, light and delicate. The cheesecake was fruity and not too dense. The ice tea I had was also very flavourful.

I have ordered a mango cream cake for my child's birthday from Cake Spade. The cake looked so nice on their website and even more when you see it at their display area. When we cut into the mango cream cake, we were so amazed! The sponge was so light and fluffy, not dense or dry. And the mango sandwiched inside and on top was super ripe and soft. I tell you, this is a must try!

Their strawberry tofu cakes is one of their nicer ones. I have tried a few of their other cakes but they could get quite “jelat”. Though their cake isn’t bad, and their prices are reasonable, I won’t specially come down just to eat it. Great location though the store is quite small and very cramp. Hard to get a seat during peak periods.

I had been going to Cake Spade since they started at Orchid Hotel. Cakes are are still somewhat of the same quality as before. Went in for cakes and coffee tonight and tried the MSW. I asked them if it was made from fresh or cooked durian, and they told me it was fresh. One bite and I confirmed it was a cooked durian paste, not quite what I fancied. Anyway, the place had much better service when the owner used to be around. Next time maybe takeaway only. Pity.

The Mississippi Smores cake is decadent thick and rich in chocolate taste. It is compliment by the top layer of crisp torched marshmallow. It's really good. I like chocolate dense and rich. But do share it with a friend because it can get heaty and filling. Definitely not the style of light spongy chiffons. The speculoos cheesecake is also rich in cheesetaste. On the other hand the gula melaka is really ordinary. It's tastes like normal sponge cake with cream. I have high expectations because cake spade cakes are not cheap.

Had a very good experience when I went there for cakes!This new store was my second visit,surprisingly after a week the sale person still recognised me,gave me so recommendations and also informed me about the latest promotions on the shop's 10th anniversary!Thumb up for the service to me!The cakes were really yummy,I kpt the cakes for days in fridge n it still tasted yummy leh!I strongly recommend their cakes 🎂 do gv a try out !
