It’s usually a hit or miss re: service at châteraisé outlets but every time I patronise this store, it’s nothing but very friendly and helpful service rendered. The price point and quality are always two of the best aspects of this brand. Kudos to the AMK hub team =)

Chateraise has built a good brand name for itself over the years, but has been resting on its laurels. Confectionery here is uncharacterful. Thankfully, it’s still fairly priced, and the shop concept still encourages you to buy with a smile. You can find better cakes at Twelve Cupcakes or even Bengawan Solo. Hope they pull up their socks! Japan’s reputation is on the line as well.

The Shine Muscat Tart was a great find. Light texture and subtle tastes. Great as dessert after a feast. And those giant grapes themselves were impressive.

Gr8 they opened up more franchised outlets. Each shop carries slightly diff popular variety fr the others according to their target mkt, not compromising on products' quality & customers service. Locations chosen are all super accessible to customers.

Chateraise used to be very exclusive with only 1 or 2 outlets in singapore. But they have recently opened so many outlets all around singapore that i find that it is a bit too common and has no exclusivity. The quality of the items are consistent as they import directly from japan. Although it is convenient to buy their products now, but i find the uniqueness lost and it has become like a breadtalk chain, widely available anywhere you go.
