Was provided excellent impeccable services from the 2 lady staff members on 4th June 2023 at 1.36pm. They were very courteous and friendly with patience while we viewed the variety of donuts which was later enjoyed by my daughter.

Part time young chinese lady was friendly and welcoming to greet me.. she serve me happily even she do not know much about certain promotions. Full time taller lady in black uniform was unhappy with me..All because i order hazelnut cold brew large size, nobody informed me got pay extra 50cents. She already prepared the lots of ice into large cup and spray some hazelnut syrup on the large cup.. i rejected her & she told me unhappily that she has made it already... She can easily change to regular cup without black unhappy face at me... But her body language quickly turn her body away from me shows her great displeasure serving me.. Still today part timer done my payment transcations still as friendly to me and also next customer after me. The full time staff show such attitude to me and to the part timer what role model she teaching the part timer? I just do not wish make big fuss or complain typically... Just hopefully such constructive feedbacks is positive to management 🙏

10/10 service staff was the highlight of my visit. She was kind, patient and courteous. Give her a raise because she alone will be the sole reason i m gonna be having more dunkin donuts!
