Ordered 2 mango cream cakes in yellow and orange for my 3 year olds. They loved the cakes. The adults loved the cakes too. It is usually hard to please everyone but these mango cakes did it. The cakes were not too sweet which pleased the adults. The children specifically picked out the mango to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of mango filling in the cakes. I had just bought 2 other mango cakes from a chain bakery a day before and Ganache’s was more dense and heavier in comparison. My children also said they preferred these mango cakes to the chain bakery’s. Lorrine is responsive and easy to deal with. The cakes are also reasonably priced. I will be back for more.

Lorrine (owner of ganache) accommodated to my last minute request, one day before, to make a rose mango cake. The mango cake was amazing, super generous filling, very fresh mango, not too sweet, very pretty and even gave free candles and writing on a chocolate piece. In terms of the service, she replies almost immediately, super friendly and is able to fulfil all the requests I have for the cake. She has a very clear menu for all the type of cakes she makes with photos. The rose mango cake that I received was exactly like the photo she showed, amazing, too pretty to cut the cake 😭 Will definitely order from her again for future birthday cakes 👍🏻 The cake was too yummy, we finished it and did not even got to take a photo of the inside TT. Inside each layer was filled with 2-3 layers of thinly sliced mango (super generous and fresh mango)

The mango cake is very nice, less sweet and with many mango slices are generously put between the vanilla sponge cake. We all have enjoyed it. Lorrine has been very helpful to accommodate my requests. Thanks Lorrine. Looking forward to order from you again next time.

Tried on diff days, Edited the reviews to add my thoughts on the diff bakes I tried from ganache each time 😊 • Chocolate & Banana tarts • Lemon tarts Both wasn’t too sweet. But I love the lemony one most with a hint of sourness 😋 Chocolate & Banana wasn’t too sweet too and paired so well • Pandan Chiffon Pure pandan juiced were extracted with the leaves.. love that the chiffon was extremely soft and not too sweet. Also love that it doesn’t have strong coconut milk taste (unlike the one I bought from others) my kids love it so much • Mango Swissrolls Personally not a swissrolls person Because it’s usually it contain too much cream between the roll and too sweet But ganache’s mango swissrolls is not too sweet.. and sooo much pure mango inside! I had a few slices 😋 If you freeze it and it, it also taste like mango ice cream cake • Blueberry Mini logcake Appreciate that this logcake was customised as my daughters cannot take chocolate Cut and eat the logcake immediately when we brought it home.. the blueberry was still frozen But I like it because it tasted like icecream cake hehe Best part I was I can taste that the blueberry filling was from fresh fruits not ready jam that tasted soooo sweet and artificial

Ganache.sg by Lorrine is a home based business. I ordered the Pandan Cake as my first order and am really impressed with it. The quality of the cake demonstrated that Lorrine baked with her heart and with very good quality ingredients. The cake was soft and fluffy and the aroma was very captivating, even on the second day. I thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to purchasing more from her. She was also very prompt with updates and arrived at the pick up point punctually.

We cut the cake once we received the cake, love the cream and mango! Hubby loves the mango and the cake was not too sweet for our liking! Mango was frozen beforehand and it tasted like ice cream 😋. The cake was incredible! Requested for less sweetness. Price was very affordable, usual classic bakery price but way higher quality. Usually i always have cake leftover from every function. But for once, the cake was wiped out before i knew it. Will definitely order again! Really loved that it wasn't too sweet. Felt light. The mangoes in the cake were so fresh and sweet. Cake so moist. Wow, I gotta say, the cake I ordered for my wife's birthday was absolutely amazing! It was so good that we couldn't resist getting another one from Lorrine just 2 days later! Let me tell you, Lorrine did an incredible job! The cake was ridiculously soft, moist, and delicious. It wasn't overly sweet at all, which was perfect. Plus, the fruit fillings were incredibly generous! You can bet we'll be placing more orders in the future. Highly recommended!

Lorrine’s yam cakes are simply delicious! The yam texture is smooth and the sponge cake is soft, the cake literally melts in your mouth. There is a generous serving of yam and the cake is not too sweet. Highly recommended :)

Had the opportunity to try the mango cream roll thanks to a dear friend. The sponge was soft and smooth. The mango n cream in the centre was just right, not too sweet nor oily. Worth a try.

Gastro-orgasm.. if there is such a word to describe the sublime and heightened tast buds as a result of the stupendous cakes and bakes from the one and only Ganache. One can be spoilt for choice.. be it the pandan cake or swiss rolls and many others. My fav has to be the mango fresh cream cake. It is a delightful creation yet filled with sinful vast layers of sweet mango coupled with an extraordinary thick coat of fresh cream. Not too sweet not too mashy, not too damp.. it is at the Goldilocks zone of perfection. One bite and it fills one with joy while igniting the whole sensory experience. You will be left wanting for more and asking why didnt you GET MORE!! Enjoy while it lasts because the Chef wont be around forever to bake these marvellous creations.

The pandan chiffon cake has a strong flavour and natural fragrance from the pandan leaf juice. The texture is so soft and pillowy, it feels like it melts in your mouth. Strongly recommended.
