I love their Mooncakes so much! Most importantly, their packaging is love! The hae bee hiam flavoured mooncakes was a hit too! Very unique and oh so local! Highly recommended!

Tried the goodies from their booth at Taka and was sold! I really like the pineapple balls (esp the Cranberry flavour); pastry is not too thick and filling is just the right size and sweetness. I decided to get the Harmony Gift Set which has 12 diff items. It’s great for people like me who want more variety but prefer it in smaller portions!

Went to the takashimaya mooncake fair last week and bought their durian mooncakes. I'm a huge fan of durians, and I think their durian paste is very rich and "duriany". I've tried other expensive brands, and have no idea why some brands like to add milk or cream into their durian paste...it dilutes the durian fragrance. If you are looking for a strong flavour durian mooncake, this is good! I actually went back purchase another 4 boxes as gifts...oops 🤣 I also like the mooncake skin, it's soft and chewy, and doesnt break apart super easily like some other brands I've tried.

Got the MSW durian mooncake, low sugar lotus with n without egg yolk! It’s great that they provide low sugar option as it’s more healthy and the taste wasn’t compromised at all and tasted just as yummy! MSW durian was delightful & came with a generous fillings. Another great brand to get your mooncake cravings satisfied!

I got the Harmony Durian Gift Set which comes with two durian mooncakes. I love how the mooncake packaging - the two durian mooncakes are packed in a cooler bag within a wooden-like box (which can instantly transform into a tissue box), adorned with intricate floral designs. It looks very presentable as a gift!

#MidAutumnFestival is round the corner, and the hunt for #Mooncakes begins. Chance upon #MyMumsCookies at #Tangs #Orchard. . What caught my eye was the nice box that comes with their package of 4. And, the price is highly competitive and reasonable. Then, we were informed that they don't use cane sugar, hence suitable for those diabetic conditions, especially older folks. With that, i am 75% sold. The only and final concern is the taste. . Well, after savouring their mooncakes recently, i am please to say they are nice! 😋👍🏻 I have tried many #DurianMooncakes before, theirs is definitely the #Top3 in my opinion. Must get if you are buying from them. . The other flavours are nice too. We have also bought (No.1) #PandanLotus with #SaltedMungBean and #SingleYolk, (No.5) #WhiteLotus and #DoubleYolk, and (No.8) #LowSugarMixedNuts (#Vegetarian).

Their MSW snowskin mooncakes are superb. With beautiful natural bluepea flower coloring, is something unique to durian snowskins. Plus their packaging is something special which you can use as tissue box, classic oriental. Check out their stall at Takkashimaya roadshow now on.

this is the most stable musangking mooncake, every year I will definitely buy it..i was in the batam area before covid-19 would definitely cross to singapore to buy it..now the covid-19 situation i can't go directly to singapore but i can send it to come to batam with not damaged conditions at all because their packaging is very good and the service is very friendly and polite.. all customer requests they try to fulfill.. very grateful to the mymumcookies team because of their efforts I was only able to send it to batam..🥰🥰🥰

First time trying out their Harmony mooncake that is No Cane Sugar White Lotus with Salted Mung Bean and Single Yolk and Low Sugar Mixed Nuts that is also suitable for diabetic patients which makes my mum loves it so much and truly enjoys it! I would say if you are looking for something healthier you can consider getting their mooncake.

We bought the MSW mooncake at NeX. We were told the mooncake is made of 100% durian with no additional ingredient like milk or flavouring.. Taste good and delicious. Went back to purchase few more boxes for my friends..

Fann is a very helpful lady who is patient in answering my queries. I made an online order and the delivery man came to my house 3 times, as I was not at home before 4pm. Not sure what happened but he was still very nice and polite on the 3rd trip. I feel customer service is very important in the retail industry and Fann (lady boss) and her team definitely provide excellent service. I tried the no sugar double egg yolk mooncake and it is so nice.... Will try the mixed nuts mooncake soon. Thanks for everything, My Mum's Cookies!

First impressions: A humble business with wonderful customer service. I had multiple requests along the way which were addressed promptly and professionally: ● Had to add 1 more box to purchase after I had already submitted the first order. ● Needed to change the delivery date (due to selecting the wrong date) ● Wanted to waive the delivery fee and the 3rd box would exceed the minimum spend for it. I wrote in to their email, and these requests were processed quickly without fuss. On delivery day... ● Driver called shortly before he planned to deliver the durian mooncakes which needed to be frozen. He planned to deliver in the morning and was checking for any delivery instructions (where to put if no one at home, etc). I asked if a later timing were possible as I wouldn't be home till afternoon and was worried the mooncakes would go bad. He planned to deliver 1hr later than his initially planned timing and would add more cooling packs so it can buy me more time. I agreed. ● While I'm otw home, he calls again to check on my whereabouts. He had probably tried to rearranged his delivery schedule to see if he could accommodate to my request because he couldn't put in any ice packs as he initially suggested. He follows my instructions on where to leave it. I appreciate you guys for trying to help this not-so-easy customer 😅😂 Thank you so much and keep up the good work! Oh yes packaging is lovely and durian mooncakes are great too! :)

Very Friendly staff and good service during my shopping for CNY goodies. They even allow me to exchange for getting the wrong product a few days later. Most of their CNY cookies are tasty. To name a few that I like are: Yuzu pineapple ball, green pea, cranberry almond and Nanyang coffee cookies. Very fresh and tasty. I will sure be going back for more!

The CNY goodies are lovely. The Shrimp rolls is nice! Some screw up with my delivery but was resolved the very next day by Fann who called me personally. Rather than checking with the logistic team, Fann provided my items first. I would say she has a customer first, talk business later mindset. Thumbs up to Fann.
