I tried their new Pretzel Croissant today, it was extremely delicious and not oily at all. It has a slight pretzel taste and I can’t recommend it enough! Do support the lovely team here at New Deli Bakery ^_^

I feel so lucky to have this bakery shop right next to my block. I absolutely love their pastries, and their croissants are hands down the best! Recently, I tried their Nutella cookies and instantly fell in love with them. Gabriel, the friendly pastries chef 🙈, even shared some of his new samples with me, and they were all amazing! Thank you for the wonderful bakes!

It's a place for takeaway. Earlgray croissant and triple chocolate Kouign Aman is very very good. Especially Kouign Aman is better than Tiongbahru bakery :) . Staff is very kind as well. Surprisingly ice americano was quite good too!

The pastries from New Deli Bakery were just gorgeous! You must get their 𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙠𝙤𝙪𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣 ($4.60), a simple and unassuming delight that was overflowing 💦 with vanilla bean flavours. Their 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙟𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙩 ($6), 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙩 ($6) were loaded with hojicha and matcha creams that oozed out beautifully 🥹 when we cut them open! The 𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙮𝙢𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙩 ($5.60) 🌿🥐 came strongly recommended by the owner and was delicious! It wasn’t too savoury and was perfect for breakfast. We also got to try their 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞 𝙘𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨 which were so addictive 🙈 we wished we could have more! So glad I stumbled onto this bakery in a sleepy neighbourhood in Tampines (just a short walk from Tampines East MRT)! You're greeted by the heavenly scent of freshly baked pastries as you enter the unassuming shop, and the owner-baker was so friendly and helpful in recommending his bakes. Bought the special bake of the day, which was a pillowy loaf with almond and white choc chips, a chocolate croissant, a plain croissant and cinnamon palmiers. The son finished the cinnamon palmiers before I could take a photo. The croissants were plentiful, with a really flaky and crunchy crust, soft and airy insides, and a beautiful buttery flavour. One of the better croissants around! Will be back to try some savoury bakes!

Walked pass this very unassuming bakery a few times and so pleasantly surprised by the pastries and the casual warm hospitality. Iced latte with freshly ground beans was really good with robust flavour. Blown away by the double matcha croissant filled with matcha custard 😍 Can’t wait to let my fam try the houjicha croissant and kouign amann. Thankful you guys opened in our quiet neighbourhood.

Delicious croissants. Simple but innovative flavors. Doesn’t try too hard and follow trends but do the basics really well. Really friendly staff. Delicious drinks made to order as well. Limited seating due to space constraints but if you want to sit and people watch while enjoying a flakey golden brown buttery, fluffy, freshly made croissant, you definitely can if the two seats in front of the cashier is available. Overall would still highly recommend if you stay nearby or just visiting around the area. Nearest mrt is tampines east

Gabriel the baker is a hardworking and passionate young man who clearly displayed his skills in his beautiful freshly baked goods. Just look at the pictures. I toasted the vanilla Kouign-amann in a normal toaster for a few minutes today Monday from Saturday's collection and it was still crispy to the bite. The others that I purchased - matcha, houjicha Kouign-amanns, rosemary, garlic & cheese spirals, chocolate & banana puffs, chicken sausage quiche and matcha croissant - all tasted fabulous as they looked. I hope word of mouth gets to the wider vicinity of potong pasir, macpherson, bidadari, as this little bakery tucked in Macpherson Mall is too good to be missed. Support small local biz!

My favourite bakery in Singapore with really good sweet and savoury bakes! The bakes are always good, flakey with amazing layers. Owner has amazing customer service as well. I recommend their Tomato Pesto Croissant & Smoked Cheese and Thyme Croissant! (Bonus: Do get the Truffle Brie Croissant if they have it)

my parents bought these bakes for breakfast and they were so impressive !! The almond croissant was so decadent I loved the texture! The apple pie was really delicious too! What a great find ! I’ll be sure to travel to Tampines !!!

Affordable pricing and very nice pastries. Flaky crispy and buttery on point. Double Matcha rich and flowy. Rosemary, Garlic and smoked cheddar blended perfectly to give a rich earthy tone.

Had their chocolate and vanilla kouign amans, much better than tiong bahru bakery’s. the Butter Croissant is also another standout. They do the simple things well, ingredients are of high quality and you can tell time is taken to perfect each pastry

Absolutely delicious flaky, buttery croissants, superb coffee at pocket-friendly prices, what more can you ask for!? Personal faves - their signature almond and the pesto cheddar w tomato....lip smacking goodness!!! The only downside, the bakes sell out fast 😝

The most welcoming experience I have ever had! Was immediately offered a freshly baked cookie as a sample, not the tiny bits that are broken off but the whole cookie 😀! Their cookies and pastries are decent and decently priced! They have a unique salted caramel latte thats homemade and is a must try!

Bought the following croissants on Sunday; plain, chocolate, pesto with cheese, the rosemary with garlic spiral and cinnamon spiral. The cinnamon spiral was not too sweet and a lovely tea snack. Had the plain on Monday unheated but still crisp and soft inside. My girl had the rosemary with garlic & she said the herbs were not overpowering, giving it a good balance. Going to try the choco and pesto croissants later, 2 days after I bought them.

Lovely bakes. So far have tried the plain croissants, choc, cheese, tomato and kouign amman -And all are great. Lovely layering and good quality. A small and focussed selection done with care and pride. Good luck!! (Atmosphere is rated 3 as its more a takeaway place.)

I love the Croissants in this bakery …. Flaky and beautifully layered … almost have all the different variations. Both the sweet and savoury ones are both very very good . I work extremely close to this bakery soooo I am lucky to have free smell’s every morning——- only to make me hungry

Had the Hojicha kouign amann from a cafe that stocks New Deli pastries. The intensity of hojicha was good, prominent and robust enough to stand up to the sugary coat. However I found the laminated layers too thick, dense, and chewy, and it got denser toward the centre. Personally, I would prefer thinner and more delicate layers.

First time trying this bakery so i didnt really expect much, but their croissant surprised me, its crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like what i would expect from a high end bakery, and their prices are so affordable as well, definitely worth a try as it is cheap and as good if not better than other well known bakeries out there.
