Pistachio eacargot's ($3.9) crust was excellent and buttery (you know it's good when there are oil stains on the paper bag after awhile). It didn't really look enticing when it sat on the display shelf but tasted so good after heating it up. The inside of the pastry was slightly doughy though but overall still delicious.
