Bought 5 boxes of walnut mooncake over the weekend. Tasted the mooncake last year and it was delicious so went down to buy as gifts this year. Loved the buttery crust and the smooth lotus seed paste. Sweetness level is just right and there is a small little lighted egg yolk in the middle to offer a tinge of savour taste. Best mooncake I had for this year. Will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives! Their pineapple tarts were lovely too. Always get the tart from them during CNY.
A great place to get your chiffon cake fix. Bought their yummy yam to try and needless to say it was a delightful bite. The vanilla chiffon was light yet spongy and the yam cream was not overwhelming sweet(with small bits of yam as well). Definitely will visit again
1) cornflakes super crunchy, highly recommend!!
2) pineapple tarts fillings are generous but the pastries are lacking "buttery" fragrance. can give it a miss.
3) spicy prawn rolls are addictive. give a spicy aftertaste, shiok!
Bought the sea-salt brownie to try, it was surprisingly good and not overly sweet either. The texture is indeed fudgy and dense, which was what I have been looking for. It is not airy or easily crumbled like those sold outside so i think you should really give it a try! Cream puff was decently good as well!
Tried their pineapple yoghurt chiffon cake and cream puff, it's fluffy n lightly flavoured. Price is reasonable for size of items. Will definitely be trying more flavours next rd I visit. The shop is neat n clean, lady owner is v responsive.
Hands down, The pandan chiffon cake and cream puff is a must-try! The cream puff is so soft and fluffy delight!
staff was really friendly and recommended us the cookies and cakes. bought and tried the coffee, was really fluffy and melt in your mouth. cake looks scrumptious too!!!! will be back
Most moist, soft and airy Pandan chiffon ever! The Pandan cakes start from $5.5 for a regular Pandan chiffon. Another favourite is Pandan chiffon with splash of chocolate so it looks like it has a chocolate swirl on top of it. The Pandan flavour is aromatic and grassy, and not too sweet that’s when you know they use the real Pandan only unlike some that use fake pandan flavour. They also have a range of other chiffons like orange, purple sweet potato, gula melaka, champedek. They close really early so be there before 8pm and their cake taste best when chilled. The grandma owner is helpful and friendly. However, they do not slice the cake which could be slight inconvenience if you want to eat immediately. Give it a try and I’m sure you be back for more.
Love their cookies. Got the double chocolate cookies as retirement gifts for my colleagues. Also tried their Almond flakes, Cornflakes and Coffee cookies. All are nice and flesh. Like that the cookies are packed in the right size as gifts or snacking plus with reasonable pricing.
Their individual packed cakes are nice too. Next on list to try is their sponge cakes since have good reviews.
Dealing with seller is great, courteous and accommodating.
The popo at Beauty World outlet is nice too, giving you honest advice on the products.
We tried the taro, salted chocolate, lychee cheesecake. The cake is fluffy and flavourful. The cream are not so sweet and it’s pretty light for the palette.
Worth it to try! Price - portion is very reasonable too!
Unlike some of the other bakery that charge expensive yet in small portions.
My friend and I happened to get to know Nineteen Niche at Beauty World years back near CNY period. A friendly auntie recommended us to their hot selling pineapple tarts. We decided to buy a tub to try. When we first bite on the tarts, we can’t stop at one. The pineapple fillings are not stingy at all. They were so tasty that we finished the whole tub on that day itself. We went back the next day to buy more. Yesterday at 9.30pm, i chanced upon their early bird CNY pre-ordering, I texted Nineteen Niche via whatsapp. I’m very glad that the staff replied speedily with their cny goodies menu despite that she was busy taking down the orders from other customers. I quickly placed my order and secured a date for collection near CNY. Their customer service is excellent. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially the person who took my order at midnight yesterday. Thank you so much. :)
The brownies are so good. Banana sponge cake is nice too! The kids love it =)
Yummy bakes at affordable price. Love their seasalt brownies, pineapple tarts, dark chocolate chip cookies, cranberry yoghurt chiffon, jackfruit chiffon, and many others.
Old Auntie selling snacks... the Pandan Chiffon from Nineteen Niche are delightful...kept in a chiller, the chiffon are moist, fluffy light and full of Pandan fragrance...only found out it's one of 3 Nineteen Niche outlets after i looked at the label.
I tried their walnut mooncakes last year and it was awesome. Ordered some for gifting this year as well. The cakes are also good and fairly priced
I love the orange chiffon cake, the cranberry and butter cookies. And not missing out on the cream puffs. One of the best in Singapore.
Nice pineapple tarts they have! Their chiffon cakes is good too!
